Nab is a warm, family-run Persian restaurant that immediately makes you feel welcome. You can tell there's real care behind the food here. The father of the family personally prepares the kebabs, & the whole team is incredibly kind, patient, & genuinely friendly with customers. Their hospitality feels sincere, not forced, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

The Iranian rice is outstanding & easily the highlight of the meal. Perfectly cooked, fragrant, & flavorful, with an absolutely delicious crunchy tahdig. The aroma & taste of the rice alone are reason enough to come back - it's truly the restaurant's biggest strength.

The kebabs were good overall. The barg kebab had nice flavor but was slightly on the tough side, while the rest of the food was satisfying & well prepared. To finish, the sholeh zard was excellent - rich in flavor, beautifully balanced, & clearly homemade.

Overall, Nab is a lovely spot for authentic Persian food, especially if you appreciate high-quality Iranian rice, comforting flavors, & heartfelt service. A family business that puts soul into what they serve, & it shows.

Absolutely amazing Persian food! Everything was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully prepared. The quality of the ingredients really stands out, & the flavors are authentic & perfectly balanced. The kebabs were tender & delicious, the rice was fragrant & perfectly cooked, & the portions were generous. The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, & the service was attentive & friendly. Definitely one of the best Persian food experiences in Montreal-I'll be coming back for sure!

We came as a group of 17 people & ordered kalleh pacheh & halim. Even though we had informed them in advance, they weren't fully ready for such a large group, so it took quite a long time for the bread & drinks to arrive. But I have to say , when the food finally came, it was absolutely worth the wait.
The kalleh pacheh was incredible. The same exact flavour you remember from Iran: rich, authentic, & perfectly cooked. Honestly, it felt like eating breakfast back home. 🤩🔥
We also had Halim, & just a heads-up: they normally serve it with sugar on top, so make sure to ask them not to add sugar if you prefer it salty. We asked them to change ours & they kindly prepared a new one. Their flexibility & friendliness really stood out.
The rest of the experience: the tea, the warm service, all added to the feeling of true Persian hospitality. They were so friendly & welcoming throughout our meal.

WOW. I honestly didn't expect to have such an unforgettable Persian food experience but this restaurant completely shocked me.
You must definitely try their food. Their Chef Kebab (Naab kebab) is not just delicious it is incredible, unforgettable.🤩
& if you are lucky, ask for the special of the day. Today it was Morasa Polo, & THIS is exactly what real Persian flavour tastes like. It was so good that not only did we finish it here, we actually ordered another one for take-out. That says everything.
& just when we thought it couldn't get better the tea & desserts showed up.
I swear I have never in my life seen this many Persian desserts in any restaurant.
Their Napeloni, their pumpkin dessert, their saffron cake… Omg.🥧💥
UNBELIEVABLE.

Just try it.
This place is a full Persian experience flavour, presentation, authenticity.
Highly recommended.😍

Tasty authentic Persian food, generous proportions, nicely presented. Caring staff, good service. I'd get rid of the table cloths all together to make the restaurant look brighter. Everything else was perfect!

From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with warmth & genuine hospitality. Their service was attentive, professional & made us feel right at home. Everything was perfectly organized & they went above & beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

The food was absolutely delicious especially the kebabs, which were juicy, flavorful, & cooked to perfection. Every bite was full of authentic taste & high quality.

Overall, everything about our visit was excellent: the atmosphere, the service & most importantly the food. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic kebab experience🤩

We stumbled upon Nab while visiting Montreal, & stepping inside felt like walking into a traditional restaurant in Iran. The atmosphere was warm & inviting, with a cozy charm that immediately made us feel at home. I had a truly wonderful experience at this Iranian restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious & healthy, offering the authentic taste of Persian kebabs-better than any other I've tried in Montreal. The prices were very reasonable, & the hospitality of the owners was beyond excellent. They were warm, polite, & made us feel right at home. I recently ordered Ghorme Sabzi & Chelo Mahiche, & the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Every bite of the Ghorme Sabzi burst with deep, well-balanced flavors, & the Chelo Mahiche was so tender & perfectly prepared-it truly captured the essence of traditional cooking.

The new family management has revitalized this restaurant with a personal touch & genuine care for quality. We go to Nab restaurant every single week for their delicious Persian kebabs, & they never disappoint! The meat is always juicy & perfectly seasoned, paired with fragrant saffron rice.
