Le spot parfait pour se poser ! Après une petite marche le long du fleuve, le Café Redwood est l'endroit idéal pour relaxer dans leurs fauteuils hyper confortables. La sélection de cafés avec laits spéciaux est top, les scones sont à tomber & les sandwichs sont délicieux. Une ambiance douce & réconfortante où l'on se sent comme à la maison !

The perfect post-walk spot! Café Redwood is ideal for relaxing in ultra-comfy chairs right after a stroll by the river. Amazing coffee options with specialty milks, incredible scones, & delicious sandwiches. A cozy, comforting atmosphere where you instantly feel at home!

Couldn't even finish the matcha because of how bad it was. Paid $15 for a regular iced matcha & a brownie, & honestly, it wasn't worth it. The matcha was overly milky, tasted low-quality, & was greyish in colour. They also didn't have their most popular matcha flavours available (banana & mango) The customer service wasn't great either. The staff working there aren't friendly & didn't feel welcoming. Overall extremely disappointing.

J'attends d'habitude deux à trois visites pour donner mon avis, à moins d'un act de service à la clientèle exceptionnelle ou d'une proposition d'amélioration.

Cet avis, suite à ma première visite, pour un Vendredi Biz Ouf avec un collègue à été de haute qualité sur le Café: un latte avec un double dose d'espresso : hi-5 à la barrista, il est très bien le café! Également au chef: notre sandwich saumon fumé était frais, délicieux & d'un très bonne portion.

Là ou nous aimerions voir de l'amélioration est dans l'accueil & le relationnel. On peut tous avoir un journée grise, & en service à la clientèle il faut se montrer agile & orienté client. Je n'ai pas vu cela dans la personne qui nous a accueilli. J'ai même attendu 5 minutes avant qu'on s'occupe de moi & sans aucune attention. Ça laisse une première impression plutôt désagréable pour une première fois.

Sur l'ambiance & le confort des lieux, c'est très moyen, pas très agréable & assis serré sur de petits bancs er chaises. On va y repenser pour les prochaines visites, qui seront sans doute pour emporter sur une table à picnic du Canal à côté!

Overall notre verdict: Bien 👍🏽 mais on espère une plus belle énergie, authentique la prochaine fois.

Just a few days ago I noticed a new little baked good. Was a peach & goat cheese focaccia drizzled with honey. My only disappointment is that I can't eat this every morning for the rest of my life! It's scrumptious. My mouth is watering just writing about it.
Overall, their baked goods are delicious, made right there!

Very cozy & welcoming café! The mocha was absolutely delicious, & my husband really enjoyed his cappuccino too, although the portion was a little small. Our friend had an Americano & loved it as well. Great atmosphere & really good coffee. We'll definitely come back!

Café Redwood's iced strawberry matcha & their chicken chipotle sandwich are an absolute staple. Whenever I come by, I normally always go for these items. Staff is also super friendly, & service is as quick as it can be for how busy they can get. 10/10 recommend!

Le matcha glacé à la fraise & le sandwich au poulet chipotle du Café Redwood sont vraiment un « must-try ». Chaque fois que je passe par là, je prends presque toujours ces deux items. Le staff est aussi super gentil, & le service est vraiment rapide, même quand c'est plein. Je recommande à 100 %!
