Beginning with the ordering process, the staff didn't know what ingredients were in the beef sandwich I wanted to order. I decided to order anyway & planned to dine in with my friends. I asked for a regular cup for my coffee, not a paper cup; however, they still served my coffee in a paper cup.
In addition, it took a very long time for them to prepare the sandwich. After waiting for quite a while, I ended up canceling my order. The barista was also very rude & tried to convince me that the delay was somehow my problem.
The quality of their food & drinks might be good according to other reviews, but my experience at this place was horrible. I will definitely not go back & will share my experience with others who are considering going there.
Really liked this place. Bright open Scandi style decor & a wide range of drinks options, from standard teas & coffees to London Fog, pistachio milk, home made chai etc etc. Plus an equally eclectic mix of home made cakes & pastries, sandwiches etc. Friendly staff .

Nice location, they have fun drinks. Their coffee is good but I would skip on their syrups, they have a weird aftertaste. Their food is good but definitely overpriced. Their matcha is yummy.
We visit Redwood often & are always happy with the consistency of their coffee & good service. Lots of interesting drink options & they have been adding more pastries & food options.

My girlfriend & I are literally drinking our matcha latte as Im writing down my review, & honestly this is one of the best matcha lattes that I'?3 drank in the city. Will definitely come back!
Amazing amazing cafe! Came here yesterday with a friend & had a great experience. Service was fantastic & the food & drinks were delicious. We got the strawberry matcha latte, lemonade, & salted caramel coffee. The syrups were delicious & tasted homemade. We got a muffin & vanilla cream puff (which is made to order) & both were great. Lemonade needed a bit more sugar since it was made from real lemons but we took it to go so we weren't able to get it fixed. Still, everything was great 10/10
Ideal place to have a coffee & chat, or to get some work done. Coffee is great, they have a great variety of drinks too, not only coffee. I had a cortado which was good, & my girlfriend had a latte which was kind of watery :/ either way, we'll return.
Came here after a long walk on the Lachine Canal on the saturday evening. The interior is mixed between the industrial look on the ceiling & pillar, & the soft wood, combine with the use of the yellow light makes the place look cozy. The golden hour is the best time to visit because the sun shines through the café window. The matcha latte is also good & it comes with the unique cup with the café logo. They also sell cocktail too for those who wants to drink alcohol.
Redwood Cafe rocks! The vibe is chill, & the staff are super cool. Their coffee game is on point-loved the mango matcha drink! Can't get over how friendly everyone is. Can't wait to hang here again! 🌟👌
Came here on a Friday afternoon for a morning drink & lunch. Came here with my kids & we shared a sandwich, cookie & I had a strawberry matcha latte. Service was good & I loved the vibes of the cafe. Great location too!
There were many people that day, two of us were in a corner. As a result, he kept saying not to use the computer, asking us to move to another place. The table had a sign saying not to use it on weekdays, but it's allowed on weekends. Anyway, the guy, who was a staff member, was very annoying. He asked if we had ordered anything. We ordered drinks, but in the end, we just left. It was just frustrating.
Staff is super nice, a little too open space/bright overhead light-y for me, but small space good for working late. They have drinks too ($4 beer all Jan so walk don't run- loved the local clementine beer)
