Been coming here for a while now & I must say, Team is really nice & coffee was excellent. A little inconvenience happened that was out of the staff's control this time around & yet they still managed to make amends for it. 10/10 service. Would recommend in a heart beat!

I went for the first time was super excited & immediately was disappointed with the staff.. super rude, we ordered our coffees & they made it wrong & once we addressed it they were denying it & making us feel bad. They were then complaining about us two feet away which made me super uncomfortable. Wouldn't go back.

Came in Saturday morning. Food & drinks are good but service is horrible if owner is not there. The barista made a coffee for herself while people are still waiting for their order. Asked for no arugula & ended up having nothing at all. Asked if the other sandwich was ready, got told it was still being made after 15 min of wait, & ended up being in front us this whole time. Terrible time.

A lovely café with a modern, minimalist décor & a relaxing atmosphere. I really enjoyed the coffee & the beautiful view. The service is excellent, & the baristas are always friendly & welcoming.

I have loved Redwood for years now (such good coffee, particularly the Yamabiko stuff!), but with the heat waves we've been getting, air conditioning would be so helpful. The baristas always look so uncomfortable when it's hot outside 😢 Sometimes it's cooler outside than it is in there!

Have been living in Griffintown for a few years & had somehow never heard of Redwood until yesterday, when a friend told me they make one of the best iced lattes in this area. She was not lying!

Went in this morning to try their dulce de leche iced latte & WOW, it's the first time I've had a flavored coffee that wasn't overly sweet & was actually delicious. I also grabbed a regular cappuccino for my partner (who is very picky about coffee), & he said it was great too.

Definitely order something from their baked goods as well. I tried the blueberry muffin & it was delicious.

The staff were so friendly & kind. I'll definitely be back & highly recommend!

Beginning with the ordering process, the staff didn't know what ingredients were in the beef sandwich I wanted to order. I decided to order anyway & planned to dine in with my friends. I asked for a regular cup for my coffee, not a paper cup; however, they still served my coffee in a paper cup.

In addition, it took a very long time for them to prepare the sandwich. After waiting for quite a while, I ended up canceling my order. The barista was also very rude & tried to convince me that the delay was somehow my problem.

The quality of their food & drinks might be good according to other reviews, but my experience at this place was horrible. I will definitely not go back & will share my experience with others who are considering going there.
