Highly recommend Cafe Parvis The staff & management handled my allergy really well. I appreciate how easy they made it for me. The food was amazing & atmosphere was perfect. We went for a business lunch. Will definitely keep Cafe Parvis in mind for our next trip to Montreal.
One of our favourite Montéal restaurants! The first time we visited Café Parvis, it was by a happy & lucky coincidence. We were seated at the counter & the waiting staff was extremely kind & helpful - they recommended us a few things, & let me tell you: this place served the best beef tartare we've had so far! The chocolate cake is great, & they have a brunch menu for weekends with great breakfast/brunch pizza's. The interior is also something worth noting, with lots of green hanging plants. This makes for a great brunch spot, or chill lunch! To the restaurant: please bring back the beef tartare on the menu; my partner is screaming "MAH tartare" every time I ask her what she is craving (she won't share...)

We went for lunch & had such an amazing experience. This was our first meal in the city. We got the squash & black bean salad & a margherita pizza (our first choice was the mushroom but they had run out which was good understandable since it was a late lunch. Everything was fantastic but especially the squash & black bean salad.
You might want to consider not seating your guests (party of 2) by the window on a hot sunny day at lunch time. I understand there's construction & you couldn't open up the windows. It was just burning hot.
This charming 2 floor resto is tucked away on a little side street you might overlook. But once inside the beautiful eclectic furniture, fixtures & fun music really set the mood. Went for work lunch & ordered the eggplant sandwich. It was quite disappointing & the presentation was a bit poor. Regular whole wheat bread, no sides, nothing to amp up the look. It’s too bad I didn’t snap a photo. Eggplant was good, slab of goat cheese was a bit overpowering.
That said everyone else really enjoyed their meals, all of the salads were big portions & we’ll presented. Latte was really good. Server was kind & attentive.
I will definitely give this place another shot for dinner & drinks! The atmosphere alone would draw me back for an after work 5 a 7
Very pleasant spot to sit outside for lunch on a sunny day. Food was excellent. Service was a little relaxed, at times we thought we'd been forgotten but it wasn't a big deal
Le restaurant Café Parvis est un endroit facile d'accès, l'accueil est courtois, ambiance décontractée & conviviale. La pizza blanche margarita avec la salade verte. Service rapide & savoureux. Toujours un bon choix sur l'heure de lunch!

Très bon restaurant, le menu imaginatif & original. Bon resto pour un lunch avant ou après le spectacle, il y en a pour tous les goûts, végé ou non. Le service est attentif.
Seul bémol, c'est plutôt bruyant, mais on suppose que c'est la rançon du succès, c'est toujours plein quand on y va.
It's been a long time since I had lunch at Café Parvis. Unfortunately, the pizza was not as good as it was originally, when it all started. But the salads looked as good (I did not try one this time). & the coffee & pastries were excellent, as they've always been.

I returned to this restaurant for lunch because I find it to be a very pleasant atmosphere. Pretty restaurant, not noisy, very friendly & efficient service. The menu is quite limited, but what they do serve is usually of a high quality, & moderately priced. My friend & I shared a very large salad (with quinoa, squash, roasted tomatoes, & a bit of arugula) & a white margarita pizza. The salad was truly excellent (& I'm usually not a big fan of Quinoa), but the pizza this time was too soggy.
Expérience exceptionnelle pour le lunch. J'ai commandé une entrée d'albacore & la salade d'asperges arrosés d'une IPA du nord est (ou deux). Les plats étaient exquis & la bière magnifique. Belle ambiance & excellent service. Ce sera maintenant mon choix privilégié pour les lunchs d'affaires.
