Café Parvis functions as a sophisticated urban hub defined by its soaring ceilings, repurposed industrial materials, and abundant greenery that creates a distinct atmosphere. The menu emphasizes artisanal pizzas characterized by thin, blistered crusts and a rotating selection of fresh seasonal toppings that prioritize ingredient quality. Complementing these signature pies are substantial salads and hearty bistro staples designed for efficient service within a bustling, high-ceilinged room. Stained glass windows cast light across the open, communal space, emphasizing the marriage between classic architectural elements and modern culinary execution. The beverage program focuses on robust coffee preparations alongside a curated selection of beverages that pair effectively with the savory menu items. This establishment maintains a focused approach to flavor profiles and structural integrity in every dish served across its bright, expansive, and functional interior space.

Very disappointed with the brunch I had! Not only was the presentation mediocre, but the taste was just bizarre. It honestly felt like it was made by an amateur chef. What a waste of money. & keep in mind, this was the first item on their brunch menu, not some random choice!
I have to admit, though, the ambiance & interior design were vibrant & unique. Not sure if I want to give it another chance.
Very lovely cafe, I was very pleasantly surprised by the brunch menu & the distinct flavors present in each dish.
This place was recommended to me many times, & I have to say it absolutely met my expectations.
The decorations was gorgeous, with many plants & wooden furnitures giving a casual but elevated look. Very comfy, very nice.
The food was albeit a bit pricey but absolutely delicious. My friends & I got the poached eggs, the corn tortillas & the waffle green olives, & we all loved our dish. I took the waffle green olives & I found it to have many flavors while being well-blended. It was honestly impressive!
I also found that it had many vegetarian options. It was not particularly well labeled on the menu but there are many!
The staff were also quite friendly & quick, all good on that front too. There was a lot more space than I expected; the place is quite spacious & can accommodate rather large groups. I would recommend making a reservation.
Their summer brunch is something special! I took my parents there & they were so impressed my mom still keeps dreaming of their Gospatcho. Everything we ordered was delicious! The outdoor sitting was amazing & the stuff were excellent! 10/10

Had brunch with a friend & arrived without a reservation (pecatto!). Make sure to ask for a reservation!
We got bar seats. When a petite two-person table opened up, we asked the server if we could move. They said they'd check whether that table was reserved, but we never saw them do so & then, when asked again, they just simply said the table was already reserved (maybe they wanted to keep the potential tip. Who knows?). Quelqu'un d'autre a obtenu la table peu de temps après.
I ordered their Pizza déjeuner. The flavours were peculiar & didn't all marry well. The dill worked nicely with the fish & sauce rosée, but the jalapeno marinade had way too many pieces, throwing the balance off completely. The egg was an odd addition; it felt like three different dishes colliding in one bite: classic Western breakfast (egg + bread + sauce), a kind of modern European fusion (dill-infused saumon & truite), & unbalanced Tex-Mex food (jalapeno + jalapeno + jalapeno) = un pasticcio. Won't be choosing that one again, ever. Their other pizzas are much better.
A bit disappointed with this Frankenstein of a pizza at Parvis. Sure, Guillermo del Toro just released his new film, but that doesn't mean my brunch should come with a touche d'horreur/Tex-Mex plot twist. Still, Parvis has great food options.
Great spot for brunch. The staff was great. We wanted to sit outside after having already been seated & they accommodated us with pleasure. The outdoor terrace with the picnic tables was cozy. I really enjoyed the cream corn & mushroom breakfast pizza. Super unique take & delicious.
I went there for sunday brunch with group of friends. We were upstairs. We were waiting to order the food & it takes us a long time to get someone to take our order. & the food took so long to be served. But the food tastes good.
Salad is really refreshing. The poached eggs & hollandaise sauce were amazing. All good, except the long time of waiting
This is a good spot for brunch & food wise :
Loved the breakfast pizza - the egg on top was much better than expected.
Feta cheese scone - pretty good but felt it would be better if it was a little more of a crispy exterior. Very yummy & a cheesey flavour
Duck thigh - not my favourite but others said it was very good although the duck meat could have been a little more tender
Silky Tofu salad - very very nice flavour & lots of fresh veggies. I will also say the tofu was NOT silky but on the very firm side (so this was disappointing)
Pancakes with maple ice cream - excellent. but felt they should have added another pancake to fill out the plate.. (personal peeve).
The Panisse fries - very very good. Good balance of halloumi, eggplant, chickpeas & dressing .
Would I come back - probably would return but would love to try the other menu options - you won't be disappointed to try this spot.
