Very lovely cafe, I was very pleasantly surprised by the brunch menu & the distinct flavors present in each dish.
This place was recommended to me many times, & I have to say it absolutely met my expectations.
The decorations was gorgeous, with many plants & wooden furnitures giving a casual but elevated look. Very comfy, very nice.
The food was albeit a bit pricey but absolutely delicious. My friends & I got the poached eggs, the corn tortillas & the waffle green olives, & we all loved our dish. I took the waffle green olives & I found it to have many flavors while being well-blended. It was honestly impressive!
I also found that it had many vegetarian options. It was not particularly well labeled on the menu but there are many!
The staff were also quite friendly & quick, all good on that front too. There was a lot more space than I expected; the place is quite spacious & can accommodate rather large groups. I would recommend making a reservation.
We walked over to Cafe Pavis for lunch on a Sunday. It is off a main road in a quiet side street, but you really can't miss it because it's quaintly decorated with many flower baskets, & has outdoor seating. The inside is much bigger than it looks.
Cafe Pavis has a variety of food on their menu & seemed to cater to many taste buds. We saw a lot of locals there as well.
We ordered the broccoli tofu salad (full portion) & margarita pizza to share. This was a good portion for lunch. The broccoli tofu salad used ramen noodles as the base. It was delicious! The broccoli was perfectly charred, the marinated tofu was thinly sliced, & the ramen was al dente. It had a mild flavor & was not heavy. The margarita pizza was classic, with a thin chewy crust, cooked in brick oven.
There is a lot of staff & the place is very casual. Cafe Pavis offers a full bar & coffee bar. Mimosas seemed to be very popular, which I suppose is expected given it was a Sunday.
Toujours une valeur sûre, que ce soit pour le brunch, le lunch ou le souper. Les pizzas sont délicieuses & les salades sortent toujours de l'ordinaire. La carte des vins est intéressante également. Emplacement parfait si vous avez envie d'un souper avant un spectacle à la Place des Arts. Décor magnifique.
Excellent food, fantastic service, & great ambiance! I would come back. Beautiful decor indoors & nice patio outside. I would maybe play some music outdoors as we couldn't hear the music indoors. This is a gem ☺?

Nice spot to stop in for coffee & dessert in the heart of the Quartier Des Spectacles & Place Des Arts. We warmed up here on a cold December day & enjoyed relaxed atmosphere & decor.
Love this place! The ingredients feel so fresh & the flavours are beautifully balanced. We love the decor as well-there's such a cozy but light & refreshing atmosphere to it! Im a huge fan of any of the salads & their breakfast pizzas. There's truly something for everyone here. Probably one of the best places for brunch/lunch right downtown!
Good place pour boire un verre & un repas le soir, dans une ambiance tamisée. Décor cosy & raffiné. Mieux vaut réserver en semaine car c'est souvent très prisé Le service est efficace & souriant. Un très bon moment entre amis ou en amoureux

Love this place! It's wide, well decorated, super cozy & the tables are well-spaced. Ambiance is nice for groups or for smaller tables. Our waiter was super helpful & patient, & everything we ate looked & tasted yummy. One of my fav spots for group-meetings because you can eat sweet & savoury, small or heavy meals, or you can have a coffee or a drink. Great variety!
I'm sorry but this place must be known more! Coffe, pasta, sandwiches, pizza & desserts.. all really tasty & delicate. The holiday décorations were also very cozy & warm! I would definitely go back to try more pizzas!
Lovely brunch pizzas & ambience. The service was exceptional, focused & the cafe decor is to die for. All the good seats were taken so we didn't get the most scenic ones but still a good experience.

C'est en plein coeur du centre-ville de Montréal & derrière la fameuse église Christ Church que vous trouverez ce resto vraiment original par la fraîcheur de sa décoration. La nourriture a toujours été excellente & santé. Pour un brunch du dimanche, vos papilles se souviendront des délicieux plats. Je regrette le temps où l'on pouvait manger en partageant une table avec d'autres convives. De passage à Montréal, c'est un arrêt obligatoire.
Les prix sont très cher pour ce que c'est sincèrement ! J'ai juste prix un cappuccino & encore il était bien loupé mais très bon ! est ce que ce café vaut vraiment sa hype ? Pas sûr en tout cas c'est un joli décor, j'ai bien aimé l'ambiance & la gentillesse des serveurs. Il est très grand & on s'entend discuté c'est parfait
Un coup de coeur d'ambiance & de nourriture ! Un endroit parfait pour un date amical ou amoureux, ambiance tamisée avec toutes les décorations en bois & des plantes. Recommandation : pizza aux crevettes & salade napolitaine, on a pu la partager à deux & c'était amplement suffisant. Conseil : réservation à l'avance, l'endroit est très achalandé.
We tried to visit this restaurant during the summer, & we were turned away because the restaurant was full. That being said, we took a chance when we returned for a breakfast brunch. Upon arrival, we were asked if we had a reservation which we said no. This time they did not turn us away they brought us upstairs to the second level & sat on what they call a communal table which would be shared with other groups if they arrived without reservations as well. we were fine with this option so we decided to stay. we ordered the pizza & the crispy pork belly as well as a latte & Americano. The service was good. We really like the interior vibe & decor. There is a constant humming of people talking & the energy is quite impressive. Although we would've liked our own table, the communal table served its purpose. we enjoyed our meal & we would definitely return to see what else they have on the menu. That is tasty & delicious. The restaurant is a little difficult as the street is under some sort of major renovation . With respect to Parking, keep in mind, your downtown Montreal so either try to find some street parking which is paid unless on a Sunday before noon it's free. Otherwise if you're planning on spending the day, consider finding a paid parking lot.
