Update:
stopped into Origine Café for breakfast & was seriously impressed. I had a cappuccino & a ham & cheese croissant-both were absolutely fabulous.
The cappuccino was easily the best I've had in a long time, & honestly the best I've had in Montreal. The croissant was fresh, flaky, & perfectly balanced.
The menu isn't huge, but that's clearly because they've mastered what they do serve. It's just around the corner from our hotel, & I'll definitely be coming back every morning.

Had a great coffee & croissant here. Seriously one of the best croissants that I have had. Also had a breakfast wrap. The wrap was pretty good but nothing to rave about. The drip coffee was a little weak but still yummy. The service was very friendly.
Best coffee, cinnamon buns, service & company! Sebastian's cafe was our first stop upon landing in Montreal. He went out of his way to not only prepare us a very'matinal' & beautiful coffee but also give us his tip on what to see. He was also our last stop before flying back to Europe again. On reviendra!!!
Me & my friend came to Montreal for a few days & stayed at Hotel 10. This cafe was next to our hotel. From the first time we came here, we fell in love with it. Good coffee, good food, great vibes. Sebastian really made this experience special with his sweet & welcoming personality :) Definitely recommend this cafe to everyone & it is also a great place to work with your laptops!

The coffee art was amazing, & the barista had a great vibe. The decor was beautiful, creating a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!
Got the tiramisu mocha- seems to be a special. Me & my friend both agree that it was perhaps the best coffee we have ever had. Quick service. We took it to go but there were quite a few seats inside, there was also outlets to study. Highly recommend.

Very good coffees, & I am very picky. So I'm used to drinking fresh & high quality coffee that is made from restaurant coffeemakers. I am really glad that I found this place with perfect coffee. Thank you🤗
Beautiful coffee shop covered nearly head to toe in a cool mural. This place is relaxing & screams Montreal. They make a killer Americano & a solid cappuccino, probably more but that's what we had time to taste test. Wish they were open earlier on weekends so we could have gone often.
Cute little Cafe loaded with goodies & excellent baristas! On our 4 day visit to Montreal we Loved the staff & consistently great coffee. Nice, clean space to enjoy it if you're not taking it to go. We ordered: 2x latte with oat milk Short black with a little water Flat white Pastries Superb, each morning. Correct temperature, strength, taste etc (I'm no coffee connisuer lol) Highly recommend as your go-to coffee shop especially if travelleing & ordering in English.
