This café is a bit more of a walk from my place but i find myself coming back more & more because of its charm. Great selection of pastries (including gluten free options), & brunch items like sandwiches & good tea & coffee options. They've got a large selection of seats 2 including arm chair sofas in the front. They've also got a self-serve water dispenser with cups & even some books/magazines to flip through.
I got the chocolate cake slice I got was soft & moist with a slightly textured exterior & the hot chocolate was decadent & rich. On a different occasion i came with a friend & have tried both the lamb sausage sandwich & the hummus sandwhich. The hummus sandwhich was great but could have been slightly more filling with more toppings/sauce in there while the lamb sausage sandwhich was really juicy, filling & flavourful. I'm definitely looking forward to make this cozy spot a go to in the future.
Lovely cafe with really nice coffee, delicious food, & amazing cakes & pastries
A Hidden Gem Worth Savoring Tucked away in an up-&-coming neighborhood, Café Noctis is the perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind with a great cup of coffee-or, in my case, a flawless Matcha Latte. From the moment you step inside, the warm, relaxed atmosphere welcomes you. The decor strikes a perfect balance between modern charm & cozy comfort, making it easy to lose track of time. One of the highlights of this café is its adorable resident cat, who adds a touch of whimsy & warmth to the experience. (Don't worry-there's no fur in your latte, just smiles all around!) Speaking of the latte, my Matcha Latte was perfection in a cup-smooth, balanced, & with just the right hint of sweetness. To pair with it, I indulged in a pistachio pastry that was absolutely delightful. Whether you're here to work, read, or simply soak in the ambiance, Café Noctis is a place you'll want to return to. It's not just a coffee shop; it's a cozy little haven that feels like a secret you almost don't want to share. 5/5 stars-highly recommended!
Une cuisine maison algérienne raffinée, un service courtois & un environnement charmant.
If I may address concerns of the last bad reviews, all made by the same group bashing the business, this is more of a cozy café rather than a restaurant with a waiter serving you..They have one, barista by profession, or two, taking your order at the cash register & rather than you picking up your order at the counter, they do the extra of bringing it to your table & cleaning after you. They are not waiters persay, but they do everything in their possibility for you to enjoy your experience at the café, after you ordered & paid at the counter. (who knows if you even left a tip for the barista/cashier to go above & beyond for your table service, let alone coffee making)… I am a waitress/bartender myself in a high volume environment & a frequent client here, & leaving such reviews is beyond comprehension…They have great coffee, great desserts that are sugar-balanced & I have personally nothing bad to say about their cuisine..they might have to check ingredients that aren't listed on the menu though. Cheers & best regards
Adam was accommodating & helpful with our group reservation (thanks for playing our requested songs ). Yummy matcha latte & chicken sandwich. Highly recommend this cozy & spacious café.
Lovely place! The coffees were really good. The pistachio dessert had a nice texture to it, not too sweet, & very tasty. Friendly staff.
I've had the pleasure of visiting this coffee shop a few times over the past weeks, & it has become a favorite spot. The food is simply amazing. The two times I had a brunch plate it was fantastic!! (I can't remember the name of one of them but I shared a photo!) the other one is the Avocado Toast... both had that homey deliciousness taste. Portions are great. There are very nice vegetarian options, & they are also accommodating to adapt a plate for you :) The ambience is warm & inviting, perfect for everything - from grabbing a late cup of coffee to enjoying a weekend brunch - everyone here is genuinely welcoming, adding to the place's charm. It really feels like a family-owned cozy & inviting place to be. I've visited at different times of day - it's a little hectic during weekend mornings, with people gathering to read or have lively conversations,& at night a it's calm & relaxing vibe to read or work in your computer. I also love that it stays open late, which is hard to find in a coffee shop. I have to check their hours again (I believe they changed to close a biiit earlier) but if you're looking for a cozy, vibrant spot with incredible food, I can't recommend this place enough!
Love the relaxed vibe of this place. My favourite in the neighborhood.
J'ai testé la sandwich au poulet & elle était délicieuse! Les desserts sont incroyables.
