Probably the best hojicha latte I've ever had! So smooth & creamy. I will be back to try the matcha one. The onigiri is very fresh & tasty- my favorite is the seasoned egg (ajitama) one. The space is very beautiful & cozy. The wall & ceiling detailing is quite unique & beautiful. This place has a great atmosphere for meeting up with a friend, or working/studying at a cafe.
J'ai adoré ma première visite à ce café à thématique japonaise. Ils servenr principalement du café & des onigiris, mais ont aussi d'autres propositions sur leur menu. Plusieurs variétés d'onigiri proposées avec des ingrédients typiquement japonais. J'ai commandé le "diable", simple mais délicieux. Les prix sont très acceptables pour le Plateau, il y a du wifi pour travailler, mais peu d'espaces assises à l'intérieur. J'ai fait une courte visite, mais je n'hésiterais pas à revenir pour un afternoon work dans un avenir proche.
Le restaurant Onigiri est une petite pépite cachée pour les amateurs de cuisine japonaise à Montréal! Leurs onigiris sont authentiques avec une variété de garnitures savoureuses. L'ambiance est chaleureuse & accueillante, parfaite pour une pause déjeuner ou un dîner décontracté. De la sauce soja aurait été appréciée pour plus de goût...
Venue le 18 Avril : Très jolie café, la gentille & souriante serveuse Irina nous a préparé du bon café dans une cafetière Japonaise au piston. L'ambiance y est calme, apaisante & seraine. Je recommande :)

This place is amazing for many reasons, this restaurant is providing variety of authentic Japanese taste with very reasonable price with friendly nice service, great for just swing by get coffee & some bite & just dine in restaurant has amazing chill cozy vibe, I'm highly recommend this restaurant
Absolument fantastique ! Les onigiris, bien que simples en apparence, peuvent rapidement devenir insipides si des ingrédients de mauvaise qualité sont utilisés. Heureusement, ce n'est pas le cas ici. Le riz est succulent & les "saveurs" des onigiris (saumon, thon, oeuf, yuzu, poulet panné, etc) sont diverses & parfaitement exécutées. Quant à leur soupe miso, c'est un véritable délice ! En somme, nous avons ici des variations d'un plat simple, mais exécutées avec d'excellents produits, dans une ambiance décontractée, entouré d'un personnel aimable & accueillant. J'y retournerai pour tester leurs multiples plats d'accompagnement ! Le seul bémol : les membres de l'équipe sont peu à l'aise avec le français (service en anglais), mais ils font des efforts & maîtriser le japonais & l'anglais, c'est déjà impressionnant. ;)
The onigiri that i choose was the tuna mayo & it's good. When you dine in, they will serve the onigiri open, then you need to fold it by yourself. It's an interesting experience before you eat. They also has miso soup, which is good, coffee, & matcha hojicha latte. The place atmosphere is cozy & good to relax & hang out

On Saturday it took almost an hour to get a combo (2 onigiri & miso soup)... a bit much for a fast food. For my test I would like to see more flower in onigiri, but it's ok.
De très bons onigiri & à un prix enfin correct (4$) & un super matcha rate, je dis oui! Un trésor caché qui malheureusement ne le restera pas longtemps !
