Overall, Café Chez Téta is celebrated for fresh Lebanese flavors, warm hospitality, and a welcoming vibe that feels like a home away from home. Reviews highlight handmade manouche, hummus, dips, and the cardamom or rose latte options, as well as fresh bread and house made pastries. While the atmosphere is praised as cozy with a bright terrace, a few notes mention busy weekend crowds causing short waits and occasional service gaps, and some delivery experiences were not perfect. Many describe it as one of Montreal's top Lebanese spots, great for brunch, lunch, or coffee, with popular items selling out and reservations not available, so plan accordingly.
The service was great, very friendly & informative. The food was outstanding! So full of flavour & perfectly prepared. We got the halva latte & cardamom ice coffee as well. Both coffees were delicious & you could clearly pick up cardamom spice & slightly bitter, sweet & creamy halva in both, respectively. All around awesome experience eating here.

Finally dined in this restaurant after getting take out twice! It gets really busy & I get the hype! Food is delicious & so tasty & fresh. Loved all the manusches we got. The rose pistachio cake was the best part of this meal! Highly recommend!
I visited last Sunday & it was absolutely worth it. It was a real taste from home for me. The food was so good that it really reminded of my "teta". The service was fast despite the fact that it was packed. I will definitely come back ! Highly recommended for mediterranean & Lebanese food lovers!
5 stars all around! One of the best quality & tasteful manouche we have had inside & outside Lebanon! Thank you for the great food, beautiful atmosphere.
We walked in & were able to get seated fairly quickly despite the place being packed. Food was delicious & the host/ owner was so friendly & gracious. Service was incredible by all staff. We loved that there was very light music playing but you could easily have a conversation & hear the other person. Well worth the hype, highly recommend.
