Food was very good. Service was excellent. My only complaint is that it is written everywhere that the tip is not included in the price of the ticket. That's fine, however, then our server is practically BEGGING everyone at the table for tips non stop as she is bringing food to the table. Why don't they just increase the price of the ticket by 15% & automatically pay their servers according to the # of people they serve? If the customer WANTS to give more after, they can. Also, the poor guy working the''tire d'érable'' station had to use a plastic pitcher to pour the''tire'' on the ice & he kept having to reheat it in the microwave every couple of minutes... It sort of threw me off the experience.

Wow!! Wow!! I just can't say enough on how everything was perfect! The Food quality, the Staff, Merci Mathieu, ton service était exceptionnelle!!! The food kept flowing, as much as you can eat! The Desserts, every type of desserts were offered, crepes, grand père dans le sirop & my favourite, sugar maple pie! Hats off to the complete Staff at Lalande!! This has been the best Cabane à sucre I've been to in years!! 10 Stars Rating!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
La nourriture est vraiment bonne etcle service aussi, par contre le tour à cheval est payant 5$/personne est la petite fermette est vite remplie avec tout le monde qu'il y a. On a une tire par personne aussi.
Le service est beaucoup trop long. Les portions étaient minuscules pour le prix payé. Impossible de commander d'autre nourriture car la serveuse disparaît tout le temps. Il manquait des ustensiles & des marinades. Le service est difficile pour les employés car il n'y a pas d'espace entre les tables. Première & dernière fois pour moi.
We had our wedding August 2023 at Lalande. I could not ask for a better day. I really felt taken care of, & Claude Charbonneau really eased our stresses & made sure everything was going to run smooth which it did. The Staff was wonderful. My only minor critiques which would have made everything perfect to a T was that we were suppose to have the poutine come out at a certain time but it came out kind of late & many of the guest had to leave. Besides that I really felt the venue was perfect, easy to work with when bringing your decor & got all our questions answered that we needed as planning a wedding without a wedding planner is not easy. But honestly we are grateful & I got to marry my best friend. ❤️ Merci

J'y suis aller pour la cabane à sucre en mars. La nourriture y est bonne. Les petites patates assaisonnées, les boulettes de viande en ragoût & la soupe aux pois sont mes 3 préférées au menu. Il y a une petite fermette.
Très long a être servi ... apres 20 minutes, la soupe. Un autre 25 minutes pour les plats principaux ... Nous avons du demander a 3 reprise d'avoir certains trucs qui n'avais pas en quantité logique pour 7 personnes... 40 minutes La bouffe, bein ordinaire & la tire d'erable rechauffer au micro onde a moitier avec des gros cristaux se sucres dedan.
Superbe moment avec mes collègues & nos familles aujourd'hui! Service de feu & nourriture en abondance, chaude & délicieuse. Nous n'avions qu' à demander tout bonnement pour en avoir d'autre. Menu varié & 3 choix de desserts! Tous les employés sont chaleureux & souriants. Coup de coeur pour le chansonnier qui a su mettre de l'ambiance dans la place & faire danser nos petits cocos. Des cuillères de bois sont même prêtées pour les apprentis musiciens! Petite fermette mignonne, tire à l'érable & tour de calèche (payant) très agréable. C'est ma troisième année consécutive & je compte bien en faire une tradition annuelle avec mes collègues, amis & famille.
