The sugar shack
Founded in 1941, Cabane à sucre Constantin has always stood out for the quality and diversity of its products. Quality, service and atmosphere are the guidelines of La Famille Constantin. Whether it is for food, activities or the festive atmosphere, no matter the season, there is always something to do at Cabane à sucre Constantin.
From Valentine's Day until the end of April, sugaring-off time is in full swing. Come and savor our traditional sugaring-off menu served at will.
Have a fun time with us. Several activities are available: taffy on snow, dance hall, horse-drawn sleigh ride ($), mini-farm and exotic animals ($), inflatable games, doll museum, puppet theater, mini 4-wheel circuit ($ ), hiking, souvenir shop, visit of the evaporators (upon reservation).

The Constantin family now works in the brewing industry. The Route 8 microbrewery, founded in the fall of 2020, offers more than 10 craft beers brewed on site and sold at our boutique. Super endroit chaleureux & convivial. J'ai découvert la cabane à sucre à notre arrivée de France. Une belle expérience pour enfants & adultes. & beaucoup de gras & de sucre aussi 😅

J'ai malheureusement pas pensé à prendre de photo des plats mais le service était parfait. Je recommande la soupe aux pois que je n'aime pas habituellement. C'est ce que j'ai préféré. Tour de calèche à 5$ on devait se rendre à la cabane à sucre à côté. Jeux gonflable très apprécié par les enfants.

Bouffe correct, commerciale. Attente entre 1-2 heure. Faut pas être pressé, pas la place pour amener des enfants. Aucune réservation mais quand tu es assis, on te sert bien. L'aspect commercial fait perdre tout son charme.

Nous avons optez pour essayer les repas préparés de la cabane pour notre souper de Noël familiale. Très agréablement surpris! Tout était délicieux, les portions généreuses, & les prix résonable. En boutique, une facilité à trouver ce que l'on cherche, un décor très invitant, & un service chaleureux. Je recommande fortement!

C'était pour une soirée du temps des fêtes, on était un groupe de 50, il y avait environ 500 personnes, service bien rodé, buffet très varié, bonne qualité de nourriture & savoureuse, quantité plus que suffisante, belle soirée avec un DJ sur place
