We were staying at the Fairmont & looked forward to a special family meal in celebration of late Mothers Day. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The food was underwhelming/attaching the poor chicken. Meal was not reflective of the high price point. The only thing I could enjoy were my son's fries
Great service, the server was knowledgeable & friendly. The oysters were tasty & flavorful. The seafood shared entree was good but missing the gnocchi which our server quickly addressed. The cocktails were delicious too! Small menu but everything we had was delicious
Recently dined here with 7 friends & thoroughly enjoyed it. Martin was fantastic as our server. I would highly recommend requesting him. When you dine out, especially at an establishment that is not particularly cheap, you expect excellent service. Excellent service we got.
My girlfriends & i have gotten together 2 years in a row for dinner & each time we've had Michel as our waiter. Each time he has guided our selection of food & wine (not an easy task with 6 undecided women!) & has given us excellent service. Merci Michel!
We found it too expensive for an average food. We had the filet mignon & the fish, pasta & chicken for the kids, & it was not bad, not good, but definitely not worth the price. The wine was great! Service was 100%, good atmosphere. It's a good option that offers reservations in Mont Tremblant, but don't expect excellent food.
J'ai complètement oublié de prendre des photos, mais nous sommes allés au Choux Gras deux soirs lors de notre séjour à Tremblant. Nous avons eu David comme serveurs & nous n'aurions pu rêver mieux. Il a été accueillant, professionnel & extrêmement rigoureux dans ses explications. Nous avons vécu un bon moment en sa compagnie. Nous avons testé la formule à la carte & la formule à partager. À la carte a été sophistiqué, gouteux & plein de choix exquis. J'ai eu un coup de coeur pour la soupe à l'oignon en entrée & mon mari a adoré le plat de viande angus. La formule a partager a bien accommodé notre groupe (16 personne) & nous avons adoré nos entrées (salade & tartare de cerf, les deux étaient des coups de coeur) & les mignardises en dessert. Je ne peux noter les plats principaux, car j'ai personnellement reçu une assiette exclusive étant donné que j'étais la seule végétarienne du groupe. Encore une fois, service exceptionnel qui a enlevé beaucoup de stress dans me choix des plats. La galette de légume avait des airs d'okonomiyaki japonais, pour les familiers. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation!
We have terrible food.My husband & I both ordered trout.It came in two tiny rectangular pieces.It had obviously been frozen & it was cold.They must have cut it into tiny pieces for freezing & didn't even heat it up properly.Trout is a very inexpensive fish to have to cut into such a small piece.The restaurant was also extremely loud & I was difficult to talk.It is obviously just a tourist spot & they don't care.

Because it was the weekend, it took more than 15 minutes for the drink to arrive after I ordered it, & I had already finished my appetizer. It's a bit disappointing, as all the food was excellent & the service was great, but it's well worth coming.
What a disappointment this was. Lobster roll was lobster wrapped in zucchini instead of a bun. The chicken was dry but the corn puree was quite good. Was expecting a lot better for the price point you pay. The service was really good & attentive but borderline trying too much at times which got annoying towards the end of the evening. The atmosphere & the vibe were nice & the views were also quite nice. The 2 stars are for the fantastic Maître D woman who was very sweet to my two girls.
Food was mediocre. Our waiter was excellent but it took the kitchen forever to deliver our small portioned meals! Oh & my meal was Luke warm! Save your money, way overpriced.

The Doré fish with pearl couscous is WOW WOW WOW, I would come back just for that. MICHEL our waiter is extremely helpful, always smiling. Oysters were so so Lobster roll a B
One of my favorite places in Tremblant. Made a reservation here for my wife's birthday. The staff were amazing, friendly, & knowledgeable. Great presentation of each plate with fantastic flavor to match. Great views of the village. Very cozy indoor atmosphere perfect for a date night or dinner with the whole family.
The food is amazing & very tasty.It is not cheap but it's worth the price.& the service is excellent they are very kind people our server {Michel} is very outstanding & generous.The atmosphere is exceptional!! We see a great view from the top of the hill.
