Best shawarma I've tried in Canada so far! It honestly felt nostalgic & reminded me of home. Alan & Rafai were super friendly & gave top-tier customer service. Definitely my new go-to spot! they were not shy with the garlic sauce ;)

Update September 2025: i recenly tried Boustan after a long time & the quality went up since last time I tried. I believe they made few improvements. I tried their Boustan Box which is good but they serve a very small amount of fries or garlic poatatoes (the box is small). The new bun is kind of small so if you want to eat well, I suggest the Sandwich in Saj bread. They should be a bit more generous in their quantities. Overall I recommend.

Honestly, I used to enjoy Boustan in the past but I feel that the quality & quantity has dropped a lot. Not a lot of meat in the sandwiches, more cut containing fat. The freshness is not the best either. Personally I highly recommend Shawarmaz in Laval, this is the best Shawarma in Montréal.

Food is decent. When potatoes are fresh, they taste a 100x better than if they were let sitting out. Garlic sauce is their special sauce, but it seems to have changed recently & isn't as tasty.
