Honnêtement, revoyez vos prix, ça commence à être très cher pour un petit combo pita, patates & breuvage. Je ne voulais pas prendre de boisson pour que ça coûte moins cher, mais on m'a dit que c'était le même prix avec ou sans boisson. Alors je prends 2 jus, & on me dit que les jus ne sont pas inclus dans le trio, que ça doit être une liqueur sinon c'est un extra… encore 🤣
30 $ pour deux petits pitas & patate,liqueur … malgré les prix Je laisse seulement 1 $ de tip, mais à un moment donné, ont coupe ou ont peu. Ce n'est plus achetable de nos jours du boustant
La qualité a beaucoup diminué comparativement à avant, autant au niveau du service que de la nourriture.
Nous voulions simplement commander des patates & un pita, mais les employés ont insisté pour qu'on prenne un trio avec boisson en disant que le prix serait le même. Nous ne voulions pourtant pas de boisson, mais nous avons fini par accepter sous pression. Ensuite, lorsque j'ai demandé un jus au lieu d'une liqueur, on m'a dit qu'il fallait payer un extra.
On nous a aussi fortement poussés à prendre le pita au poulet parce que c'était'le spécial du jour', alors que nous voulions un pita au boeuf. J'ai eu l'impression qu'on essayait constamment de décider à notre place & de nous faire acheter ce que le restaurant voulait vendre plutôt que de respecter nos choix.
Ce qui m'a le plus dérangée, c'est la gestion des prix. J'ai vraiment eu l'impression qu'il y avait un abus & que les prix changeaient selon ce qu'ils réussissaient à nous faire accepter. Tout semblait orienté vers nous faire payer plus cher, même quand ce n'était pas ce qu'on demandait au départ.
Au final, je suis repartie avec une boisson que je ne voulais même pas, une commande différente de ce que je souhaitais au départ, & je n'ai même pas aimé ce que j'ai mangé. Très décevant.

Yesterday I bought two'Phillo' shawarmas, one for myself & one for my daughter. When we got home, my daughter took one bite & immediately said she wouldn't eat it. At first, I didn't understand why, but after trying it myself, I was very disappointed as well.
Initially, I thought the bread was an Italian-style panini, as it looked that way when the employee was preparing it. However, in reality, it tasted awful & had a rubbery texture. It was soaked with grease from the meat & vegetables, making it excessively oily. On top of that, the meat had a strange flavor-something like tarragon or even cinnamon-which completely overpowered the natural taste of the meat.
I believe that adding a bit of garlic to the marinade would significantly improve the flavor. Overall, both my daughter & I were very disappointed-we spent money but got no enjoyment from the food.
I would strongly recommend that management reconsider the meat recipe & use higher-quality bread.
DoorDash screwed up royally but thank goodness for Naijah(sorry if spelled incorrectly) from Daniel Johnson location who went above & beyond to correcting the situation & went as far as to personally delivering my order. Thank you the great customer service!
Honestly the pitas here are alright when made right, but that's just the thing…you never know what you're going to get. They are extremely inconsistent. The last couple of times have been very disappointing. Everything is flavorless. Meat, vegetables even the garlic sauce. The potatoes taste like absolutely nothing. Some pieces of chicken felt like i was chewing on a band-aid. You order 2 identical sandwiches & they arn't even the same sometimes. One will be grilled & crispy, the other will not be grilled, cold with barely anything in it. Also very different when you have it delivered instead of picking it up in store. You can't be like this with so much competition in the area.
Best shawarma I've tried in Canada so far! It honestly felt nostalgic & reminded me of home. Alan & Rafai were super friendly & gave top-tier customer service. Definitely my new go-to spot! they were not shy with the garlic sauce ;)
Leur offre de duo à $8.99 est une vraie arnaque ! C'est un semblant d'un sandwich, quasiment un échantillon ! Plus petit q'un plat d'enfant !
Leur sandwich de shawarma contient une petite trace de viande ou poulet & rempli de patates & légumes ! Tu ne sens mêmes pas le goût de viande !

Commande avec doordash 2 pour un payer 65$ pour deux trio sage qui ne goute rien, demander comme boisson cruch on m'envoye des pepsi plus un sandwish mix ou tu ne trouve que de la viande & le pain qui est sensé fait maison sec & froid.
Très très mauvais si je peux le dire .
