What an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, & every dish was full of flavor & beautifully presented. The atmosphere was just as impressive. They perfectly blended modern design with beautiful Persian cultural elements, creating a warm & elegant space that makes you want to stay for hours.
The service was truly top notch. honestly one of the best dining experiences I've had in Montreal! Our server Armina was such a sweetheart, she took exceptional care of us from beginning to end. She was incredibly friendly, professional, & made us feel right at home. Her positive attitude & genuine hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable.
I'd also like to recognize the manager, Omar, who was clearly very experienced & professional. His positive attitude & hands-on approach ensured that every guest received the highest standard of service. It's clear that he takes great pride in maintaining exceptional quality throughout the restaurant.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Persian cuisine, a beautiful atmosphere, & outstanding hospitality. Can't wait to come back!

Persian food is excellent, but it is the first time I receive it in beautiful plating & classy, elegant environment in Montreal.
A must restaurant to try.
Unfortunately, although the rest of the staff was charming & very helpful & friendly, our waiter was overdoing & overselling everything at Bous.
We also had to remind the waiter about ordered cocktails, which was sent back & other items. It dampened our experience.
It is still a must to come to Bous but it just shows how the staff is so important in the dining experience.

As an Iranian, I wanted to share my honest opinion. The food was delicious, we ordered koobideh, ghormeh sabzi, & rice. But traditional Iranian dishes especially stews should always come with rice. Since the prices are a bit high, the meal should feel more complete, & the rice portion was too small.
Overall, the place was beautiful & the food was very tasty. Thank you 🙏🏾🌟

We've officially found our new favourite Persian restaurant in montreal! From the moment we walked in we were blown away. The architecture & design are beautifully thought out, the persian music sets the perfect ambiance, & the warm hospitality immediately made us feel at home. Everything we tried was delicious: from the kashke bademjoon (our fav - so creamy!) to the koobideh kebab to the delicious ghorme sabzi to the chocolate date dessert - even the drinks were memorable! You can truly feel the love & authentic persian touch that goes into every dish. Special shout out to chef Ali & host Omar for making our experience so special with their incredible hospitality & service. My partner & I can't wait to come back & bring more friends & family. Highly recommend!

Please don't waste your time.
Very dark - bring a flashlight to read the very tiny cursive menu. Nothing offered on the table while you wait 30 minutes for your food. My first time in 25 years of eating Persian cuisine that I have ever seen a plate of Persian food served with only ONE kabob on the plate & a tiny plate of rice served on the side. Bread was dry & tasteless - good for breadcrumbs.

The name of the restaurant is also very poorly displayed.

Can't wait to get back home to Toronto where Persian food is done right. Full of flavour & very generous portion size.

While I ALWAYS take food pics, this restaurant was so disheartening that it never even occurred to me to take a photo of the food, that's how unimpressive it was! The other photos from other people adequately display the very small portions size.

I really wanted to love this place but there are a few things that made the experience not worth it at all.
The service was horrible. We didn't get served water even once & every time we wanted it refilled we had to actually get up & ask the sever. None of the dishes came with serving cutlery so with a group of 7 it was so hard to share the appetizers & we had to ask for that every round. We ordered our wine & it took 30 minutes for them to serve it & our appetizers had arrived already. Overall, very poor service.
The portions are extremely & unreasonably small considering the price & some not at all representative of the actual authentic dishes. We ordered a mast moosir for $14 which was literally 3 spoons & tasted nothing like it. I'm not expecting a Shandiz experience but I dine out a lot so I believe these expectations are pretty fair. We got Kebabs & they were all half skewers. For 7 people, we ordered 5 mains & all the appetizers & still wasn't close to enough. We realized today that two of the appetizers were also missing. The dessert plates were the same as the main plates & it eas so hard to eat ice cream & faloodeh off of it? literally playing hockey haha. Some of these are small things that can be easily fixed to elevate the experience. The taste of the food, to be fair, was good & we liked it but like I said very poor service & disappointingly small portions.
