From the moment you step through the door, you are immediately captivated by an atmosphere that is both elegant & luxurious. The stunning interior decor, beautifully sourced directly from Iran, adds a captivating & authentic depth to the upscale ambiance. It is the perfect setting for a special occasion or simply to treat yourself to an exceptional evening. The welcome is incredibly warm, with an attentive & highly professional staff who make you feel comfortable right from the very first moments.
The evening started beautifully with the discovery of their original cocktail menu. The creations are bold, perfectly balanced, & bring a welcome touch of modernity that beautifully introduces the meal. For wine lovers, their selection is equally impressive, featuring a remarkably curated wine list composed of exceptional private imports that pair beautifully with the complex flavors of the menu.
As for the food, Persian cuisine is truly elevated to an art form here. The dishes are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to taste. Special mention goes to the texture of the bread, the refinement of the eggplant & yogurt appetizers-subtly enhanced with herbs-& the must-try crispy rice, a masterpiece of culinary mastery. The chicken skewers & slow-cooked meats (like the lamb, which was absolutely tender) are remarkably well-executed, rich in flavor without ever being heavy. To finish, the traditional desserts bring a floral, refreshing, & incredibly delicate note.
In short, Bous is a must-visit address if you are looking for a refined Persian table, impeccable service, an outstanding private import wine selection, & a sophisticated, visually breathtaking environment. A memorable experience that I recommend without a shadow of a doubt!
Authentic Persian food with a modern twist & fantastic presentation. My favorites were the Duck Fesenjoon, Golden Tahchin, & Kashk-o-Bademjoon. The desserts are very creative & have a beautifully balanced taste.
I highly recommend Bous if you want to experience Persian cuisine at its finest.
Tres decevant pour le prix. L'entree de feta est ridicule. La nourriture est bonne mais le service n'est pas du professionnel. Le vin blanc au verre etait plus que tiède presque chaud. J'ai demandé du vin blanc froid & on m'a repondu qu'il n'avait pas d'autre bouteille. Le serveur est parti mettre la bouteille au frais & il est revenu 30 minutes plus tard avec la même bouteille pas plus froide. Les serveuses sont gentilles mais entraînées au service au table pour un restaurant de ce prix.

The food tasted good, but the portion sizes were disappointing. The koobideh was very small, & the rice portion was much less than expected. Considering the price, the quantity did not feel reasonable.

L'ambiance est accueillante & on se sent bien dès l'arrivée.Alexis, mon serveur & barman, a offert un service vraiment attentionné & chaleureux. Ses suggestions de drinks & son accompagnement tout au long du repas ont rendu l'expérience encore meilleure.
Les plats étaient délicieux & l'équipe entière a contribué à un moment très agréable.Un endroit où je vais clairement revenir.

The space is beautifully designed, with a warm, moody atmosphere that feels both refined & inviting. The textured ceilings, rich tones, & thoughtful lighting create a memorable ambiance that sets the tone the moment you walk in.
The food was equally impressive. The lamb was tender, flavourful, & perfectly cooked, while the rice & accompanying dishes were well balanced & beautifully presented. The fresh herbs, house-made dips, & warm bread brought everything together.
A special mention goes to the orange blossom drink, which was an absolute standout & easily 10/10. Refreshing, aromatic, & unique, it's something I'd gladly order again.
