Découvert par hasard lors d'un séjour, nous avons aimé leur pain, & surtout les'écureuils', patisseries chocolat fourrées pralinées, une tuerie ! Quelques jours après, nous avons retraversé Montréal pour en racheter, mais il n'y en avait plus, quelle déception, si on pouvait trouver les mêmes en france 😀

Ma boulangerie préférée de Montréal : le pain & les viennoiseries y sont excellents. Par contre, je ne suis pas très fan de leurs pâtisseries, exceptés le flan parisien & le flan praliné qui sont délicieux.

Cet endroit est l'un de mes préférés, donc j'hésite à écrire cet avis (je veux toujours avoir de la place pour moi 🥰), mais je suis également ravie de le faire. Tout, vraiment TOUT, est délicieux & tellement frais, de la nourriture au café. Le service est agréable & efficace. J'ai presque toujours été accueillie avec le sourire (& même quand ce n'était pas le cas, ils étaient toujours agréables). Le coin salon est cosy & spacieux. Les immenses fenêtres sont un vrai régal avec toute la lumière qu'elles laissent entrer (surtout en hiver, quand la lumière du jour est limitée). Ils ont un vrai bijou ici.
Je suis désolée de ne pas pouvoir en dire autant de celui de Verdun.
This place is one of my favorites so I'm reluctant to write this review (I want there to always be room for me 🥰) but also happy to write it.
Everything & I mean EV-ERY-THING from the food to the coffee is so delicious & so fresh.
Service is pleasant & efficient. I've almost always been greeted with a smile (& when I wasn't they were still pleasant).
The seating area is cosy/spacious. The huge windows are a treat with all the light they let in (especially in the winter when daylight is so limited)
They've got a real gem here.
Sadly, I can't say the same for the Verdun location.

I only had an espresso but it was excellent. pastries were bit pricey but will visit again for great coffee.

Nous avons commandé un gâteau basque ici, après en avoir mangé un authentique en France il y a près de 20 ans de ça. & bien le goût de celui de Toledo nous a directement ramené à ce voyage.
C'était tout simplement délicieux.
Merci, nous reviendrons assurément!

Everything is amazing here! This is my favorite spot in town for sourdough bread - chewy on the inside & perfectly crispy on the outside. Every bite was a treat! The croissants are buttery & excellent, & the latte & hot chocolate are lovely too.

I got a piece of their focaccia & came back to buy two more. Amazing focaccia, especially when they warm it up. Highly recommend, truly my favorite focaccia

Swung by for a quick breakfast & absolutely loved everything we tried here! All of the pastries were fresh & super tasty, we especially loved the goat cheese focaccia :)

Le Toledo Bakery offers a wonderful balance of quality & charm. The croissant with ham, cheese, & béchamel is delicate & full of flavor. Their sourdough bread & hamburger buns are simply outstanding, crafted with care & expertise. A good espresso or cappuccino completes the experience beautifully. The staff is always courteous, attentive, & welcoming. With such excellent quality at fair prices, Le Toledo is a place I would return to without hesitation. came back here after some time! Same good quality stuff! The waiters didn't speak English but still able to accommodate us luckily. Good stuff!

Great bakery for a quick pastry & cappuccino or if you're looking for some delicious freshly baked bread. The miso baguette is a must buy & try.
The sit-in area itself is a fight, with people vying for that next open spot which is quickly taken the second someone vacates.

Fav boulangerie place. Almond & chocolate croissant is really good, & the madeleine was pretty good too. On weekends, it can get really busy, & finding a seat might be tricky. The mocha & latte were also great. Definitely a spot worth visiting!
