Les meilleures baguettes & croissants au Québec. Point. Si vous ne l'avez pas encore fait, rendez vous à l'Ange la plus proche & goutez à n'importe quoi. Une bouchée vaut mille mots.

One of the best boulangerie I've been to anywhere in the world. The croissants & pain au chocolat rival the ones from France any day. I'm really impressed & we'll go back anytime I'm in the area.

Food is medium. Croissant good but, not the best. The service is poor & the tables were not clean. Asked the person behind the counter when the "bulles d'ange" will be ready (wanted a dozen), his answer: I have no idea. He did not bother to ask.The strawberry tartelette, the dough was excellent but, the cream was without any taste. Disappointed because "Ange" in trois-rivières was excellent.
