Je retournerais/recommande si on me garantis que les pâtes feuilletées levées sont fraîchement cuite du jour mais dans d'autres cas je vais simplement m'abstenir.

J'ai acheté des brioches à la cannelle, chocolatines aux amandes & des danoises au framboises un lundi après-midi. Le goût était bon mais pas la fraîcheur: la pâte levée feuilletée était très sèche.La danoise par contre faite en pain au lieu d'une pâte levée feuilletée donc le milieu garni était complètement mouillé désagréable.. le pain brioché était sec lui aussi, elles n'ont pas trouvé aucun preneur.. a 4.95(+tx?)/la danoise c'est décevant.

I had a wonderful experience at this pastry shop. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, & always greet customers with a genuine smile. The service is fast & efficient, making every visit pleasant & enjoyable.

The selection of cakes & pastries is impressive, with a wide variety of flavors & beautiful designs that appeal to every taste. Everything looks so tempting that it is hard to choose just one item.

Most importantly, the cakes are absolutely delicious. The lemon cake is especially outstanding, with a unique & refreshing flavor that makes it one of the best I have ever tasted.

My personal favorite, however, is the Boule de Neige. Whether you choose the chocolate or vanilla version, it is simply irresistible. The texture & flavor are perfect, & I genuinely recommend everyone try it at least once. If I could, I would come here every single day just to enjoy a Boule de Neige.

This pastry shop is truly a gem & deserves every bit of praise it receives.
