The service was amazing, an error was made with our food & it was fixed right away. The food itself was wonderful. I enjoyed my pasta & I would recommend the shareable entrees that contains a mix of everything, it's a treat. I'm not a fan of the decor but that's personal preference.

First time going to Boston pizza in years & I won't be returning. We went on a Sunday when the restaurant was practically empty & it took forever to get our food. Service wasn't the friendliest & the food was just bad. One person at our table got a hair on their plate (luckily not in the food) & a dry over cooked burger. One had a salad that was mostly onion. I ordered the jambalaya fettuccine, a dish that claims to have some heat. It was one of the blandest dishes I've had at a restaurant. There was also not much sauce so half the dish was basically like eating plain pasta. Don't bother going here when there are so many other restaurants in the area.

I liked there Customise pasta . The ambiance was cozy & staff was friendly. For the chicken wings i chose spicy honey but i didn't really liked them. Overall i had great experience.

Unfortunately we had a less than pleasant experience. The noise level was very uncomfortable, couldn't hear each other talk. We did not receive cutlery until after our food was brought out & we had to go locate waitress to ask for it as we were forgotten as was our salad thsr never came. Lastly, my gluten free pasta was quite undercooked & when I politely sent it back it came back out a few minutes later the same only slightly warmer. Gentle suggestion, gluten free past should not be al dente. Thank you
