Bonjour, j'ai vu tous les avis concernant ce Boston Pizza & son service client déplorable, & j'en ai été témoin moi-même. Notamment ce soir le 27 mars 2025 de la part du serveur Antonio, qui non seulement m'a forcé à commander un pourboire, mais m'a aussi manqué de respect. J'espère que la direction prendra des mesures pour sensibiliser ses employés & leur apprendre à bien traiter les clients, non pas par simple intérêt financier, mais par véritable plaisir de servir les gens sans rien attendre en retour.

We had our daughter's 12th birthday at Boston Pizza yesterday. It was a great venue to host this type of event. What made if extra special was our server Micheal. He was so attentive, accommodating & super fun! Honestly, he made our night! Thank you to BP but mostly to Micheal. You were very awesome!

Belle découverte au Centropolis ! La pizza était vraiment goûteuse & savoureuse, on sent que les ingrédients sont bons & bien préparés. Côté nourriture, rien à dire : c'était très bon & j'y retournerais pour le goût.
Par contre, le service était assez lent. Peut-être un manque d'expérience ou simplement une mauvaise soirée, mais ça pourrait clairement être amélioré.
Malgré ce petit bémol, la qualité de la bouffe vaut le détour. Je recommande l'endroit si vous avez envie d'une bonne pizza, en espérant que le service s'améliore avec le temps.

I been coming to Boston pizza 🍕for 2 years with my friends at the bar . the barmaid Marilyn . Is the best always with a smile very friendly. She's there during the week lunch time. I give her a five star review. Thanks for your perfect service.⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐? food is excellent many choices. Great staff & great manager & Chantal also very professional Miss Anna the hostess very Polite. Also the staff at night very professional & friendly.
