The staff were so sweet, especially the lady at the register she helped with recommendations & she offered us a small café créma to try since it was are first time here (so good will have to order next time). The sandwiches were so freaking yummy, i got the prosciutto in the cold sandwich section & my fiancé got the diabolo also from the cold sandwich section & he adored it. The cook was also super friendly & took the time to wish is a good day which made our birthday dinner really great. Thank you again for the amazing service & I really recommend to people ready this.
The Bossa at the timeout market is amazing. The same delicious sandwiches from the great Bossa cooks & the service is always amazing.
This location is in the timeout Market dining area, its my go-to when I'm traveling, I stop at the McGill station for an amazing lunch!
although their sandwiches are 18$ each, they are packed with high quality fresh ingredients. i can recommend the escalope de poulet… very filling. definitely pairs well with a cold beer!
Absolutely incredible sandwiches. Their hoagies are huge & packed with fresh delicious ingredients. Had the Milanese hoagie. 10/10 sad I can only eat it here.
I love the sandwiches they are my favourite but I am disappointed about the fact that it is not a consistent experience. Sometimes my sandwiches are amazing & sometimes they are disappointing. I notice the sandwiches are only made consistently & correctly when the owner is at the location. He is very sweet!
This was my second time at Time Out. It's a very nice place, but what I really loved was the Bossa restaurant. All the staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Corey, who explained the menu & gave me great suggestions. The sandwiches are truly delicious, with a wide variety, & the desserts are out of this world.

Wildly overrated. I've heard a lot about this place for a while, even before they scored this downtown location. I never been to the original but I'm hoping its more worthwhile than this. They had one of the longest lines in the food court so the hype is very much alive. I can't figure out why people are so eager to pay $18 for these sandwiches. Don't get me wrong, they are very good- but $15.50 good at best. It's a big sandwich that will satisfy you, but we are talking like 3 ingredients. I'm sure they pride themselves on the quality of the ingredients but I couldn't taste the hype. Not even close to the best sandwich I've had, not even the best Italian sandwich I've had. Clarke Cafe kicks Bossa's ass any day of the week.
I did a review over a year ago for the Bossa Wellington location & gave it a full 5 stars, so when I noticed they had a spot at Time Out Market, I didn't even hesitate to eat here again. It felt like the perfect chance to see if the quality & experience still held up after all this time. We ordered two porchetta sandwiches - the classic version & the one topped with rapini. Both were very good, packed with flavour, & made with the same attention to detail I remember, but the original still stands as the true OG. There's just something about the simplicity, seasoning, & texture that makes it hard to beat.
What impressed me most was the consistency. The sandwiches tasted just like they did at the Wellington location, which says a lot about how well they maintain their standards across different spots. The service was prompt, friendly, & efficient, even with the busier food-hall environment. Everything came out fresh, warm, & exactly as ordered.
While I still prefer the cozy neighbourhood vibe of the Wellington location, I'm very happy with the food here & would easily come back for another sandwich. Solid experience overall.
