although their sandwiches are 18$ each, they are packed with high quality fresh ingredients. i can recommend the escalope de poulet… very filling. definitely pairs well with a cold beer!

They serve delicious sandwiches made with high-quality ingredients. I tried the cheesesteak & the mortadella-both were juicy & very tasty.

Wildly overrated. I've heard a lot about this place for a while, even before they scored this downtown location. I never been to the original but I'm hoping its more worthwhile than this. They had one of the longest lines in the food court so the hype is very much alive. I can't figure out why people are so eager to pay $18 for these sandwiches. Don't get me wrong, they are very good- but $15.50 good at best. It's a big sandwich that will satisfy you, but we are talking like 3 ingredients. I'm sure they pride themselves on the quality of the ingredients but I couldn't taste the hype. Not even close to the best sandwich I've had, not even the best Italian sandwich I've had. Clarke Cafe kicks Bossa's ass any day of the week.

I did a review over a year ago for the Bossa Wellington location & gave it a full 5 stars, so when I noticed they had a spot at Time Out Market, I didn't even hesitate to eat here again. It felt like the perfect chance to see if the quality & experience still held up after all this time. We ordered two porchetta sandwiches - the classic version & the one topped with rapini. Both were very good, packed with flavour, & made with the same attention to detail I remember, but the original still stands as the true OG. There's just something about the simplicity, seasoning, & texture that makes it hard to beat.

What impressed me most was the consistency. The sandwiches tasted just like they did at the Wellington location, which says a lot about how well they maintain their standards across different spots. The service was prompt, friendly, & efficient, even with the busier food-hall environment. Everything came out fresh, warm, & exactly as ordered.

While I still prefer the cozy neighbourhood vibe of the Wellington location, I'm very happy with the food here & would easily come back for another sandwich. Solid experience overall.

Used to regularly go there during uni to eat their tiramisu, but while before they were plated & delightfully presented, they've recently taken to pre preparing them & giving them in a plastic box with lower quality & quantity. The biscuits are watery & mess with the texture & taste & the presentation is abysmal.

I'm honestly pretty sad, they made some of the best tiramisu in montreal for a decent price, before

Absolutely delicious Italian sandwiches!
We stopped in for a quick bite & were blown away by the quality. The prosciutto sandwich was perfection-thinly sliced, rich & savory, paired with fresh bread & just the right balance of toppings.

I hope this review comes across as more constructive than negative. I've been going to BOSSA since the beginning & have noticed a drop in quality since they've expanded. The main issue being the bread & some of the meats not being as good or consistent as they used to be. I think Parma does a better job with their consistency & quality. I hope management reads this & takes note, many friends have lamented the old bread.

Located on the 3rd floor of Centre Eaton in the Time Out Market. Bossa makes some great sandwiches. They offer cold/deli style & hot. I am from Philadelphia, so of course I had to try the Philly Cheesesteak & Philly Hoagie, both were delicious, especially the hoagie. Quality ingredients & meat/cheese portions were perfect (important for a hoagie). Busy spot, but line moves fast.

Ive had the Aubergine Parm every time I pop in to the Time Out location. & in the past it was a bargain & a gem of a sandwich. Sadly, this is no longer the case. The one I had today was a sad, sad disappointment that was nothing like the earlier times times ive ate there. These last two times Ive ate there, the sandwich had barely any toppings on, only one slice of eggplant, a trickle of fiore di latte cheese, a bit of sauce, & oil. Essentially it was a soggy bun with the mere suggestion of sandwich, & certainly not worth the 15$. All summer last year I ate there, near every weekend, & eggplant parm was a proper meal, & I could barely finish the sandwich it was so satisfying a meal. This time it was a pitiful & pathetic soggy bun. If this is the effect of shrink-flation, the few extra quarters they saved on making this sad sandwich will not make up for the lost revenue & reputation damage. I truly hope they can change direction, a d bring back their classic italian deli quality, because to call this an Italian Sandwich is a disgrace & an insult to Italians everywhere.
