I did a review over a year ago for the Bossa Wellington location & gave it a full 5 stars, so when I noticed they had a spot at Time Out Market, I didn't even hesitate to eat here again. It felt like the perfect chance to see if the quality & experience still held up after all this time. We ordered two porchetta sandwiches - the classic version & the one topped with rapini. Both were very good, packed with flavour, & made with the same attention to detail I remember, but the original still stands as the true OG. There's just something about the simplicity, seasoning, & texture that makes it hard to beat.
What impressed me most was the consistency. The sandwiches tasted just like they did at the Wellington location, which says a lot about how well they maintain their standards across different spots. The service was prompt, friendly, & efficient, even with the busier food-hall environment. Everything came out fresh, warm, & exactly as ordered.
While I still prefer the cozy neighbourhood vibe of the Wellington location, I'm very happy with the food here & would easily come back for another sandwich. Solid experience overall.
This gem is located in the mall in the upper floor of the food market. Walked by so many food options, but this one peaked my interest.
Ordered the Diavolo & it was phenomenal(a bit spicy for those that like the heat) Wish I could have taken 1 more different one to go but these sandwiches have to be eaten right away bc of the sauces otherwise the bread would be completely sogged.
I'm DEFINITELY stopping by next time I'm in town & near the mall.
Delicious Sandwich!
A busy spot within the TimeOut Market, Bossa offers a variety of hot or cold sandwiches. I tried the Steak Cheese Sandwich & it was perfect. The bun was soft on the inside & cripsy on the outside. Beef & cheese always an amazing combinasion. 18$ comes with a big portion.
Bossa Chip is a good side/ entré & they come extra crispy!
Never tried this place before was looking for something interesting. I then came across this place in the timeout market & it looked really presentable & i wasn't sure what to order so then i asked the lovely cashier Valentina who would then go on to recommend me the best sandwich i ever had (Cutlet 2.0) , she was very nice & very respectful 10/10 would recommend

Big, BIG sandwiches. Packed full of flavour, well presented, & well priced for the volume of food you're getting. The Platonic ideal of a sandwich you can get any time of day, & weigh yourself down for the next meal or two. Not to be missed in Montreal's vibrant Time Out Market
Bossa, located in Time Out Market Montréal, serves up some of the most delicious Italian sandwiches I've ever tried. We sampled two types-the Cutlet 2.0 & the Meatballs-& both were absolutely outstanding. The flavors were rich & balanced, with fresh ingredients & perfectly cooked meat that made each bite a delight. The sandwiches are a great option if you're looking for a satisfying, flavorful meal while exploring the market. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!
Find it in the Market at Eaton centre. Creat food we hand sandwiches 1 cold 2 pressed they had a bit of char that gave them a crunch even after our takeout order went across the city. Recommended
Located on the 3rd floor of Centre Eaton in the Time Out Market. Bossa makes some great sandwiches. They offer cold/deli style & hot. I am from Philadelphia, so of course I had to try the Philly Cheesesteak & Philly Hoagie, both were delicious, especially the hoagie. Quality ingredients & meat/cheese portions were perfect (important for a hoagie). Busy spot, but line moves fast.
First time trying Bossa for lunch at the Time Out Market. As a starter, the house salad was great, dressing is delicious. The mortadella sandwich was good, but feel it could have had more hot peppers 🌶️ & marinated eggplant 🍆 & maybe less lettuce. Overall satisfied, will be returning.
I went to Bossa in Timeout Market with my family after my son's (8 yr old) hockey practice. The reason I am writing this review is to commend your establishment on hiring such excellent staff. My son has severe autism, & he is very prone to getting aggressive & having tantrums, especially when he is overstimulated. Valentina served us &, even though my son was cranky & unfocused, she was so pleasant & patient with my son. She asked my son what he likes to eat & he told her he loves spaghetti, so she suggested the meatball sub (without the hot peppers). Really knowledgeable about the ingredients. He's very picky with his food (because of his autism) but she was so helpful with finding a sandwich for my son to eat. My son loved it! I got the Porchetta & it was delicious. The food was hot, fresh, delicious & the service was impeccable! We are so glad to have picked Bossa instead of one of the other restaurants in TimeOut. Unfortunately, the food court was too loud for our son so we took it to go. Thank you Valentina & Bossa crew for helping a tired mom out with your compassion & for such a great experience! What a lovely family-owned restaurant with family-like staff. We will definitely be returning!
Had the porchetta sandwich for lunch & it was great. The value for money is worth it ! The portion size is so huge that I took the other half of my sandwich to-go. I came at the Timeout Market during the lunch rush but the service was speedy & organized. The only thing that bothered me is the amount of oil the sandwich had, it was greasy (also why i didn't finish the other half). I think it's because of the sandwich I chose (with porc). If you are ever in Timeout market, I recommend this restaurant. Maybe choose another type of sandwich than mine.
