At BOSSA, we make sandwiches the right way: bold, generous, and full of heart.
What started as a simple neighborhood sandwich shop has grown into a small, family-run restaurant chain built on a simple idea: authentic products, prepared with care. Every sandwich is made with our own bread, baked fresh every morning in our bakery. From our homemade proteins to our sauces and toppings, we give the same care to every ingredient we serve.

As as canadian with italian nonno's & nonna's on both sides of the family with strict culinary standards, I can condifently say this is an authentic establishment they would approve of. The best sausage & pepper sandwich I have ever had, period.
Bossa on Wellington in Lasalle has long been one of my fave Italian sandwich restaurants, but their new location in Brossard (dix square) just opened & it is gorgeous! Spacious & clean & filled with delicious goodies. As well as their usual menu of amazing sandwiches, they have cannoli (a must), espresso, arancini, various baked goods (Nutella cheesecake, yw), as well as many ready to eat items (fresh pasta, sauces, frozen meals etc).
I went on a busy Friday evening, around 5pm. The service was friendly & the person at the cash took her time explaining the different sandwiches to those asking questions. I ordered a Philly hoagie (which they didn't have yet since it was their soft opening, but I will be back for!), as well as the chicken parm, the porchetta, the steak & pepperoni & the sando of the month which may turn out to be one of my new faves - a vodka rosée chicken parm.
They take your name & you wait until they call you to get your sandwiches to go. If not there are adorable granite tables along the front windows to seat & eat on site.
The worker giving us our sandwiches was super friendly & kind, taking the time to ask if it was our first time at Bossa, etc...
For parking I would recommend just parking in the underground garage (free) & walking up, especially during busy evenings as the parking around the square is a bit tricky & limited otherwise.
As always the food was delicious. We took our order to go, enjoyed our food at home, & will definitely be back again soon as having a local Bossa beats going across the bridge any day!
I highly recommend you go by & check them out. Amazing & delicious food & goodies, warm & friendly service. Bossa remains on of our fave places.
