Really nice vibes, great cocktails, & phenomenal food especially as a vegetarian the Ratatouille was phenomenal! Went on a Thursday with live music & it really was a wonderful experience
I came in on a Wednesday night vibes were immaculate, got surprised by a jazz band,! i was welcomed by the LOVELY Rita sat at the bar in front of Tyler, made fantabulous drinks hit all the the tongue palates then Paul makes amazing creations. Just to mention RITA one more time, she's hilarious.
Came here for a girls night out, great vibes! The service was great & the servers were super attentive. The cocktails were mid but definitely still worth it for the vibes.
Kinda bunk! Basically ignored by waiter. Food fine. Drinks fine. Atmosphere pretty vibeless / Homesense-ass decor + old photos (the old photos were spooky yet cool). Go to Majestique instead seriously
We were visiting Montreal for the first time & my wife discovered Bootleggers through her online prowess. Being a bourbon lover I was all in. This place does not disappoint! The selection is beyond amazing. Possibly one of the best I have ever experienced & the craft cocktails are outstanding to boot The staff could not have been more welcoming (Tony was a star - I explained what I liked in bourbon & scotch & he conjured up a custom flight that was spot on), the food was great (hard to beat $1CN oysters) in addition we ordered the cheese plate & the salmon tartare. The vibe is straight up awesome. Not too loud but quite lively. The host (I can't recall I his name but he is from France) was a really nice guy as well. We went back the next night for a quick round before continuing our exploration of Montreal. DO NOT SKIP BOOTLEGGERS IF YOU ARE A WHISKY LOVER OR A FAN OF THE SPEAKEASY VIBE'

This place was the absolute best bar/speakeasy/whiskey bar in Montreal, can't convince me otherwise. My boyfriend & I came here together & had such a fantastic night & experience having Peter as our server & the bartender making sure we would like our drinks before we ordered. We just had to come back! We sadly! Didn't try the food but it smelled absolutely DELICIOUS & it seems the cooks/kitchen take their time preparing & making each meal with excellence , wish we tried it now that we aren't there:( As we came back a second time we had come with a group making us a total of 6 on a Saturday night, it was very busy but the host was so generous & helped us get in & had us at the most perfect table for our group. Our server was Tony & I've never had a better service & experience (other than with Peter since they're best friends!!) I highly highly recommend coming here whether it be for drinks, food, or just vibes you will NEVER be disappointed. THANK YOU GUYS!!!
Super cool spot for live jazz & awesome cocktails. Tony was warm & helpful in guiding us through our experience. 10/10 would recommend for a great evening out.

We went for the 5-7 happy hour, & tried all cocktails from the happy hour menu. On a unianimous voting the Moscow Moule stood the best. Oysters for dollar 1 is pretty impressive, the special tabasco sauce makes it great. The decor is nice, the bar has a relaxed vibe & overall great service. Don't know the name of the person who welcomed us, certainly did not make us feel welcome. We had to wait despite having made a reservation. But Antoine (Tony) was a sweetheart, excellent service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
If you want a good vibe, a relaxing atmosphere that isn't too loud to carry a conversation, this is your spot. The servers have a memorable attitude & are clearly dedicated to creating the best experience for you
