I live in Montreal for 40 years. Always try every Iranian restaurant for a good kebab & was alway somehow disappointed, until last week. We decided to try bonbab kebab. We got soltani & to my pleasant surprise IT WAS DELICIOUS. We loved our food & on the top of that the service was impressive. I really enjoyed the night & will definitely go back .
beautiful place, they let me & my grandpa in before they were officially open (it was raining). We sat & talked before we ordered. the chicken kabob is delicious, served with rice & many more I didn't really enjoy the entry soup but I think it's because i'm not used to that type of spices, but if you enjoy Iranian soup, you should definitely try it very kind staff

Tried the Iranian food for first time & absolutely loved it. They offer a excellent food quality & amazing service at good price. The food volume was high though. :-)
We order from Bonab Kabob very often, it's our favorite Iranian restaurant in NDG. The food is very good! Their portions are generous & the flavor very tasty. Friendly service & reasonable prices. We have also eaten there & they have a nice terrace. We highly recommend!!
Got their Soltani kebab & Chenjeh. The taste was great, the portions were huge & we had to take some home. Keep in mind that we are 2 Iranian adults with not so small appetite :) Their Olive was great. Loved that they had a half- rice half-salad option & suggested that we get Aash, which was included in the price. The taste of the Aash was not something to write home about tbh.
Absolutely phenomenal experience at Bonab Restaurant! I ordered the kobideh & bonab kebab for takeaway, & I must say, they are the best by far-delicious & amazing in every bite. The flavors were perfectly balanced, truly capturing the essence of authentic Iranian cuisine. The service was quick & the food was well-packaged, maintaining its warmth & freshness. I would 100% recommend this gem to anyone craving a taste of Iran.
I like their ASH RESHTEH (a thick Persian style soup) dish which is served before any order for free. My experience with their Kashk-o-Bademjaan (dripped yougurt with aubergine) was a very delicious dish that I had in Persian restaurant in Montreal. As an Iranian culture they serve a free tea with some sugar cube aside, after each meal before you leave.
This evening marked my second visit to this establishment. The culinary experience was truly exceptional, with each dish presenting a delightful combination of flavors. Our interaction with Chef Mehdi was warmly welcoming, & I extend my appreciation for his gracious hospitality. Without a doubt, Bonab stands out as the premier Iranian restaurant in the entirety of Montreal.

If you really like kebab, then this is the best Iranian kebab restaurant you could ever find in Montreal. They offer all kinds of original Iranian kebabs. 😋.
