Another overrated place- what's wth the glowing reviews? We started with a good scallop dish but rather average Prawns in Saor, a traditional dish that was too subtle in flavour annd served with a pile of barely-cooked onion. Our mains were both a bit disappointing. Lamb chops were cooked well but served with raw squash that did nothing for the dish. Liver was served on a bland bed of crusted-over polenta with yet more lightly fried onion- certainly not caramelized as the menu describes. We wanted dessert but the place got so busy we thought it would take ages so just asked for the cheque. Even though the menu states there is a 10% service/bread charge it was clear the waiter expected more so we added another 10%. Wouldn't return. Wouldn't recommend. It's not bad just certainly not memorable.
This restaurant should already have a Michelin star! Amazing service & amazing quality of dishes. A full story behind each dish & each ingredient. The staff was very nice & careful to all the details. Best quality-price restaurant in Venice!

We visited this place for post-proposal dinner. I wanted something special & this place did not disappoint. The service & food were outstanding. I just wish I could eat more! The menu was unconventional so it was hard to make choice. My fiancé had duck & I had calf liver, both were amazing. We also got a welcome starter & dessert at the end in the house. These were small but also tasted amazing. Definitely recommended.
Really good food. Not amazing food, for a very expensive Michelin recommendation. A great assortment on the tasting menus, plenty big portions to fill up. Beautifully presented. Attentive waiters & the sommelier around all night. The food was just under seasoned & wasn't quite the wow factor, & 3 different dishes we had all had a similar root vegetable puree with them. I'm really not even a food snob, but to come splurge one night $100 each before wine it wasn't any better food than a couple osteria we had for 1/2 the price.

L'accueil, la cuisine, l'ambiance... tout pour plaire. Une cuisine gastronomique vénitienne qui réveille les papilles. Des serveurs souriants & vraiment au service du client. Une décoration qui vous met dans l'ambiance de Venise : masques, verre de Murano, musique, etc. Un restaurant à recommander.
Just happened to bump into this restaurant while walking towards San Marco. It caught our attention with all her Michelin recommendation labels over 10+ years. Excellent food. Fun guy serving us who's admirably passionate about his job. Absolute recommendation!
A truly exceptional dining experience. This is a restaurant run by people who clearly love what they do & take immense pride in it. The food is absolutely exceptional, from the starters down to the Tiramisu (which is very likely the best I've ever had anywhere). They also have excellent vegan options, which is much appreciated. The waiters are incredibly well mannered; charming, elevated, informative & friendly. The atmosphere feels like you're tucked into a historic Venetian hideaway. Their ingredient selection is so good that we had to buy some olive oil to take home. This is fine dining done perfectly, & I loved it.
Restaurant "gastro" à découvrir avec un service au top du début à la fin. Une cuisine raffinée & goûteuse. Il faut être habitué en Italie d'avoir une proposition de menu qui intercale un plat de pâtes entre l'entrée & le repas, ne pas tomber dans le piège pour profiter du dessert. Une ambiance & une déco adapté au restaurant. Les plus chanceux auront une place isolé du flux des serveurs. Attendez vous à avoir un service en trois langue c'est sûr.
