J'ai adoré cette endroit pour un petit souper tranquille un peut style ancien temp. Je trouve que c'est un incontournable, leurs choix vastes de drink & de nourriture est vraiment incroyable & varié, ils offrent même un service à l'aveugle de 6 repas préparés par le chef en personne sur le coup. Le service est impeccable & très professionnel.

I'm a foodie, lost in the limbo of taste, texture & composition.

Kapzak's team were able to mind blown my stomach with a simple but effective combination of salmon & mushroom. Good non alcoholic beer choices & god, the oysters. TRY THE OYSTERS.

I raise my drink to the wonderful team over there & to the charming (waitress/cook/owner/Food Wizard).

Très bon service, ne nous sommes pas senti poussé, nourriture très bonne, drink réussi. La jeune femme qui nous servait avait toujours le sourire & répondait facilement à nos questions, bref nous y retournerons.

Pour être honnête je m'attendais à mieux côté nourriture. Mes côté lève était fade & les entre de sucette ne goûtait rien & 13$ pour un drink sans alcool & que avec alcool coûte 15$ je trouve cela exagérer. Nous étions dans la partie bar sur le bar de la fenêtre & nous avons eu froid toute la soirée

We have been to Bistro Kapzak multiple times & we have never had anything negative to say. It was our favourite restaurant in town. Unfortunately our last visit went terribly. It took a long time before we got our drinks & appetizers , which can be understandable since it was extremely busy. We ordered the pierogies which are usually delicious, but unfortunately they were not crispy & kinda bland which was surprising. We also ordered the giant shrimp which tasted very fishy. Overall dissapointed in the first 2 dishes, but then it took over an hour for our server to get back to us. Our reservation was at 6:30 & at 9:00 we still had not received our main dishes. Our server forgot about us. We decided to leave & not wait longer for our dishes to be made. Our food was taken off our bill which was really nice, but the cocktail were 50% off that night & not all of them had been discounted. We ordered 4 x $13.00 cocktails, but our discount was $19,00 when it should have been $26,00. At that point we were just tired & didn't want to complain again so we paid without saying anything.

Given that this has been our first bad experience ever, we are hoping that it was simply a bump in the road & that next time will be better.

Très bonne ambiance. Les drinks sont incroyables. La bouffe, très bonne. Le cocktail dessert tarte au citron, une belle découverte.
