Bernie's Pizza Martini Bar what can I say.. The West-Island needed a spot like this. Cool atmosphere, unpretentious vibe, straightforward menu, good food & drinks & excellent friendly service. I would recommend reserving if you want to be guaranteed a table as this place was still full past 10pm.

I liked the place but the food is average. 3⭐? would be viewed as negative & not what I mean to convey. It's just average. Drinks are good. The burrata dip is bland, barely any hot honey & no sign of the everything bagel seasoning. The pizza is ok, I wouldn't place it in the top 10 that I've had. The Fun Guy pizza is tasty. They charged an additional $4 to add sausage - I've had an easier time finding Waldo compared to finding the sausage on the pizza. In summary, somewhat overpriced for what you get, I don't regret going & I wouldn't return. Service was really good.
Page is a gem 💎 Attentive in service & positive energy during the entire experience. As a first time at Bernie's not much impressed with the food taste but overall a nice experience.
Really fun ambience with excellent service & delicious pizzas. Great gluten-free dough option as well. A wide variety of cocktails to choose from. Very cool place!
Fantastic pizza spot ! The crust is very thin, perfectly baked & generous size. Every bite of that ceasar salad was satisfying , fresh & crisp. French fries, yum ! The bartender nailed my Hugo Spritz . Overall great experience !
I loved the atmosphere. It was like a slice of downtown in the West Island. The 70s decor & vibes were great. Martinis were well-crafted, pizza was fresh & tasty & staff was friendly.
Other than the fact that you have to be out within 2hrs, this place was fantastic!
We had a'Hot Pep' pizza, along with an order of Bernie's meatballs. Both were absolutely delicious! Our only complaint, was that there was only 1 piece of bread with the meatballs! We wanted another so that we could soak up the remaining sauce, as it was delicious!!! The pizza was filling for the 2 of us eating it. Thin crust was cooked to perfection. The'cup & char' pepperoni was very tasty. While it was a tad greasy & salty, it is a pizza after all & to be expected, right?
One very odd thing!!! The men's toilet is a single toilet set up... the seat has a built in bidet!!! The remote hangs beside the toilet on the wall. Who, I repeat, WHO would use a bidet at a public, BUSY restaurant??? I thought was very strange! However, I guess it is that'added touch'! 🤔
If you're in the West Island, like a busy place with good music, atmosphere & of course, food, then Bernies is the spot for you! I give it 👍👍
Food is truly delicious! We ordered 4 pizzas to share between 8 people + 2 fries & it was enough food. The place is nice but all the tables are way to close one with another so is really hard to pass between, go to the bathroom or even not hear your neighbours conversation. It looks more like a place for adults than for families. Drinks were ok, nothing extraordinary.

Great way to spend an evening with family or friends the pizza was amazing the entrees were delicious service was outstanding just a very enjoyable evening
Bernie's Pizza Martini Bar is clearly doing something right, expect to wait even with a reservation, as the place is packed even on quieter nights. Kudos to management for creating that level of demand.
I went with a large group, which gave us the chance to try several items. Overall, the food is good, not great. Since this is oven-style pizza, some traditional pies, like the margherita, lose a bit of authenticity. In my opinion, the choice of cheese is what holds the pizzas back. It felt somewhat processed & affected the overall flavor.
We tried the funghi, margherita, hot pepper, & classic veggie pizzas. On the plus side, the burrata was excellent, very creamy & flavorful, & easily one of the highlights of the meal.
The atmosphere is cozy with a fun vibe, making it a great spot for date nights or big groups. The staff were very friendly, & there's a strong selection of wines, cocktails, & mocktails. It's a little on the pricey side, but still worth the visit.
Overall, a solid experience. With a different mozzarella, I genuinely think the pizzas could be top-notch.
