My wife & I have been following Bernie Beigne on Instagram for quite a while, & we finally made the trip to the shop. It was absolutely worth it!

The staff was incredibly friendly & welcoming. We told them we had driven all the way from the Bronx to Montreal just to try the doughnuts, & they made us feel right at home.

The doughnuts were outstanding-easily some of the best we've ever had! A special thank you for the Boston Cream & Simpson doughnuts. We also loved the cinnamon sugar, chocolate frosted, & glazed doughnuts. Every single one was fresh & delicious.

We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Montreal. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

The most delicious donut I've had since the donut shop from my childhood closed down, including donuts from NYC & beignets from Cafe du Monde in New Orleans. Insanely delicious & fresh. The way donuts should be done.

Quaint donut shop with fresh made treats that melt in your mouth. The sugar, glazed & apple fritter donuts are dangerously good. They even tossed in an extra donut, just because. Friendly, welcoming, & dripping with tasty goodness. I'm a fan!

I was visiting from out of town & arrived at the shop prior to opening. The gentlemen working let me in early, & were extremely helpful & welcoming. I was offered beautiful fresh, glazed donuts beyond the gourmet options I had chosen. Beautiful humans, amazing donuts. Made my month 👍

Have taken a step back reviewing lately but something happened & I needed to speak up.
We went to another popular donut shop when Bernie was closed during the holidays & my oh my the difference is astronomical.
Bernie's is always fresh, always soft & squishy even when it doesn't look as soft (like the new John Louis), still ends up surprising you.
Doubt there's another place that has donuts as good as these.
If I mistakingly eat a donut from Tim Hortons occasionally, I find myself wishing the drive thru was Bernie.

Cute baby blue & pink shop. The donuts are great & are often sold out long before closing time, so get there early.
& don't get discouraged by the line outside, it moves pretty quickly.

The best days nut shop in Montreal if not the province. If ever you get the chance order the apple fritter, it's the Unicorn of all donuts & the size of a catchers mitt.
