I came nearing closing time on a Sunday & there was only one type of donut left. I was also the before last person that got a doughnut so I got extremely lucky. Honestly, I'm so happy I made it in time although I was forced to choose the remaining cinnamon, original classic donut. This donut was pure perfection. It was fluffy. It was freshly fried & crispy. It was sweet, the flavours were well balanced. It was genuinely delicious. The guy at the counter was extremely friendly & the price was really good at two dollars a doughnut I can't wait to come back soon & try different flavors.
We loved the regular doughnut, nothing fancy, pure soft & fluffy dough with sugar dust. The texture tastes very similar to the Voodoo doughnut from west coast, softer than La beignerie. Great value for the price you pay. The fritter is humongous. But the dough is not to our taste, it was quite thin at some parts which is crispy but greasy, with a thick icing, a few bites is more than I can take. But I would definitely recommend the glacé & sucre.

Great & creative doughnuts! We where originally gonna get only 6, but after seeing the wide range of unique flavours we knew we had to get 12 MINIMUM! A lot of these doughnuts are prepared fresh, the doughnuts aren't too sweet & the flavours they represent are spot on. Some of my notes le favourite being the mango, which was tart & fresh. The brownie, which was decadent & perfect for chocolate lovers! & the creme brûlée, a fluffy doughnut with a creamy filling & hard sugar top! Overall the doughnuts are fluffy, fresh, & just great. Perfect for locals & tourists alike, & a must visit when in Montreal
You know when you follow food places online & you low key think: There's no way this is gonna live up to the hype. Well these doughnuts do!! I'm in love!

I came here because of the smell that o felt from 2 blocks away. There was a small line but it moved fast. Then it was the choice: so many different flavors, I wanted to try them all but I only had one stomach. I loved the glazed one & the oreo one the most. The difference between the doughnuts here & the ones in other places is the dough. It is softer & less chewy. I loved it & I totally recommend it.
This place is beyond A M A Z I N G!! My wife & I came here today & we were really pleased but the service, atmosphere, & doughnuts. We were just telling the manager how happy we are to be here in Montreal after hearing about this place through social media. We are from South Carolina in the United States & decided to come here for our honeymoon. We had a great conversation with him & he welcomed my wife & I & gifted us free doughnuts. You don't find many places like that with great hospitality.

The doughnuts were good but I wasn't very impressed with the dough itself. The fillings are what makes it good. Very nice presentation. A bit pricey 16$ for a box of 6. They are pretty big though.
The doughnuts are great but the customer service really kills the experience. The guy at the cash didn't even look at me once while serving me. I'm not sure why he even bothers to show up to work if he's going to serve people like he hates his life.
Now 2024: the boston cream filling doesn't hit. doughnuts too sweet still best doughnut shop around :)) 2 years ago: 10/10 beigne for your buck Working my way through tasting every doughnut. So far the yeast doughnuts are fantastic, light fluffy, crisp outside.. the cake doughnut was also very good better than any I've had in a long time. Also the apple fritter could kill me & I'd be ok with that
My go to place for doughnuts. I work in the area, & at least once a month I'll pick up some doughnuts for the office. Amazing flavors, my colleagues & family absolutely love them. The guys working there are top notch, super friendly & welcoming.
