I am an absolute fan of Ben & Jerry's tub ice cream, so when I saw there was a shop in the city, this became a must-go place for me. However, the flavours here were ordinary & lacklustre. Most disappointing was portion size. Two scoops here is equivalent to one scoop at any other ice cream shop. Overall a very subpar experience.

Very clean store! The workers were super friendly. She helped us pick our flavors. I recommend this ben & jerrys location! I would definitely come again. Thank you!!

Though never an ice-cream lover, wanted to try this place in the memory of a scene from a Hindi movie... Hehe 😅... In the move, the pregnant heroine craves for Ben & Jerry's Double chocolate blah blah flavour in the middle of the night... & thus I went there seeing the board of the brand 😆 Decent service & I tried their Raspberry Sorbet & some Chocolate flavour, think it was called the Chocolate Therapy. They didn't have many of the flavours available & obviously my personal preferences were in that list. Liked what I tried. Nothing great, have had better ice creams. Wish they had a better ambience to their outlet.

C'était une bonne expérience . Je suis parti à Ben & Jerry's le weekend dernier le caissier était très gentil & le service était tellement agréable . Sauf la seule chose que j'ai pas aimé c'était la gérante qui parle mal au client & sont répondre à leur question & on les ignorant . Mais à part la gérante c'était nice .

I don’t really have sweet teeth, Ben & Jerry’s on Maisonneuve is probably the only place I go now during summer, to have a sweet bite , walk around, enjoy the beauty of Montreal at this well known & best spot downtown, salted caramel & butter is my fav this year, tasty, I would highly recommend to anyone who come visit montreal & need a place to chill!

J'adore Ben&Jerry's!
C'est une compagnie plein de bonnes valeurs: ils utilisent que des produits naturelles, équitables & la crème utilisé provient de vache en liberté.
Ils offrent des choix différents & originaux de crème glacé & il nous propose même de goûter lorsque nous sommes indécis.
Si vous êtes à la recherche d'une crème glacé hors de l'ordinaire ou des meilleures classiques tel que la saveur pâte à biscuit c'est la place où aller!
