What a great experience on Free Ice Cream Day!!!
I stopped by yesterday on my way home & noticed the line wasn't too long, so I decided to join in. All the staff were super friendly. The young lady server started taking my order while I was still queuing. She asked me what flavor I wanted & whether I'd like it in a cup or a cone, even before I reached the counter. Everything was so smooth & well-organized. I got my chocolate ice cream in no time! Made my day. 😊🍦
I also really love that this Ben & Jerry's has plenty of indoor space, so customers can enjoy their ice cream inside without getting soaked. Yesterday's rain was just way too heavy! 🌧? I only waited about 20 minutes to get my free ice cream. It was totally worth it!!!😆😆😆

I love getting my ice scream from this location. The staff is very friendly & kind. There's also the cutest mural inside with cows & Montréal's skyscrapers theme. Plus, it's a true historic Ben & Jerry's location, which makes it even cooler!
We are sunday at 12:29pm on april 12, ir is currently closed though the opening hours say its open. It has been closed for MONTHS now. I have never seen it open even though i pass by here 7 times a week.
I am an absolute fan of Ben & Jerry's tub ice cream, so when I saw there was a shop in the city, this became a must-go place for me. However, the flavours here were ordinary & lacklustre. Most disappointing was portion size. Two scoops here is equivalent to one scoop at any other ice cream shop. Overall a very subpar experience.
Très bonne boutique les boules sont généreuses comme le prix mais ça vaut vraiment le coup ! Glace menthe chocolat 🍫 avec un vrai goût de menthe naturel & sans colorant c'était délicieux.
The ice cream was good but the place was horrible, the couches were dirty & the tables hadn't been cleaned, there was crumbles in them & there were tons of infects such as flies & other kinds, the couches were ripped & the illumination was bad, the place was also straight up open & more insects could come in, it was terrifying as a person who hates insects

Cycling home from the Jazz Fest, I had a craving for ice cream & B & J satisfied the craving. I ordered one scoop of coffee, coffee, Buzz buzz buzz, & one scoop of chunky monkey, my longtime go to flavour.
The price for a small ice cream- $9.50 with tax- would be very affordable for Americans & Europeans with stronger currencies, however, as a Montrealer, I found it really expensive.
The ice cream itself was delicious.
Tip: eat fast, so the ice cream doesn't melt & drip all for you.😉
Avec une première journée magnifique avec beaucoup de soleil ☀? on m'as suggéré un endroit de crémerie par ces saveurs savoureuses.
Étonnamment chanceux j'ai trouvé un stationnement directement en face du magasin.
L'endroit est propre, il y a quelques quelques tables situées au 2ieme étage que l'on se rends via un mini escalier à côté de la caisse.
Excellent service rien n'as dire.
Nous avons pris une coupe avec 2 boules de crèmes glacées avec saveurs différentes.
Disons que le prix versus la quantité est assez désolante (ce n'est pas la faute de l'employé)!!
Disons qu'un pot d'excellente marques avec le même prix on en aurait plus pour notre argent.
Pour le goût rien de particulier c'est bon , on ressent les garnitures.
I had the non dairy tonight dough flavour in a pint & it was very delicious. They also do their cones & brownie every morning & it smells amazing!! The staff were friendly & helpful. Great overall experience.
