Bien que la nourriture fut excellente & le service impeccable je dois enlever deux étoiles en moyenne à cause de la façon dont ma réservation fut gérée. Une semaine plus tôt je me suis présenté en personne pour réserver une table pour 10 personnes spécifiant un coin tranquille car s'était une occasion familiale spéciale & il y avait présentation ce qu'on m'a promis. À notre arrivée il n'y avait pas de table pour 10 & finalement on nous a placés au milieu de la place (très bruyant). C'est décevant alors que tout aurait pu être parfait...
Service was nice. Place seems to be clean but appears to be a bit boring. Coffee is okay, but nothing special. Skillet dish appeared delicious on the menu's image, however, when received the dish, I was mediocre. Tasted ok, but nothing delicious at all. Skillet 🍳 dishes should be more crispy & friend a bit more. Also jam on was meh.

Service was really good , cant remember her name but a blonde anglophone lady , gave our 18ppl group an exceptional service. Speedy & friendly. A+ there While food looked good it was bland. No seasoning at all . Maybe I was not lucky & they forgot to season my plate . Overall would still recommend
La nourriture est bonne, bien assaisonnée. Le service est toujours entre 4-5 étoiles à mon avis. J'aime quand c'est tranquille, donc j'y vais tôt. Mais là dernière fois j'ai été un peu plus tard qu'à l'habitude (9h-9h30) & c'était bruyant.
Mon périple gastronomique récent au Ben & Florentine de Vaudreuil a laissé une empreinte contrastée. Si la Poutine Ben & Florentine m'a enchanté avec ses saveurs délicieuses, cette expérience s'est malheureusement trouvée éclipsée par la découverte inattendue d'un poil dans mon assiette. Cet événement m'a temporairement coupé l'appétit. Toutefois, la réaction professionnelle de Maggy, notre serveuse, qui a promptement remédié à cette situation en offrant une nouvelle assiette, a ajouté une note de résilience à cette symphonie gustative. Le Smoothie Aloha a apporté une note d'excellence, créant un équilibre rafraîchissant. Le café, sans prétention, s'est inscrit dans une continuité agréable, ne suscitant aucune critique négative. Néanmoins, l'ombre d'un menu sale a ajouté une nuance décevante à l'atmosphère. Le service, bien que rapide, a été encadré par l'efficacité & la gentillesse de Maggy, malgré son apparente précipitation due à un nombre conséquent de tables à servir. En somme, l'expérience au Ben & Florentine de Vaudreuil a été une toile de nuances, où des saveurs délicieuses & quelques imprévus se sont entrelacés, créant une symphonie gastronomique complexe.
Rien de fameux dejeuner bien standart service moyen & degeulase il avais um chien dans le restaurants a la table a coter de moi la femme le nourrissait sur la table rien d autre à dit moi je retourne pas je trouve ça degeulase

It is immediately noticeable that the establishment is lively & the customers love it. I visited the institution around 11 in the morning, & there were many people. The friendly staff serve everyone quickly & with a smile. Although we do not speak French well, we were offered a menu in English. The selected dishes were served promptly & tasted incredible. I will definitely come back again!
J'ai été diné à cet endroit tout récemment....mon hamburger steak m'a été servi avec environ 2.c. à thé de sauce....suite a ma demande d'avoir un peu plus de sauce,la serveuse m'a répondu qu'il n'y en avait plus mais que le cuisinier s'apprêtait à en refaire....après une attente de 7 å 8 minutes,la serveuse est revenu avec le tout petit pot de sauce & du pain que je lui ai demandé.....la facture est arrivé avec $1.00 de plus pour la sauce & $1.95 pour le pain.......bye bye Ben & Florentine,c'est terminé pour moi
I go to Ben & Florentine's pretty often. I really enjoy the atmosphere. The service is great & the food is even better. I always get fresh fruit & I love that.
