This was my fourth visit to the restaurant, & it may very well be my last. While I appreciated the flavors of the food, I was utterly disappointed with the service. As a regular customer, I chose not to leave a tip this time to express my dissatisfaction with the service. To my surprise, the person at the checkout even noticed & inquired, "Didn't you like the service?" The only reason I rated it 2 out of 5 was because I specifically wanted to order the lamb chunk gravy alone, as I do not enjoy the chuck. However, I was informed that this was not possible, which was disappointing. In contrast, other restaurants typically inform customers that ordering parts of a dish separately is not an option but may offer the gravy as a complimentary addition to accommodate their preferences. Behesht should understand that customers are the cornerstone of any successful business. Ultimately, we dine out to savor our meals, not to encounter such rigid & unsatisfactory policies, especially over a simple gravy dish valued at $5-6 only!

I had heard a lot of praise about it, & finally, yesterday we went with friends. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. Both the food quality was low, & one of the staff's attitude wasn't good either. My friend & I had stomachache till today. We ate koobideh. Unfortunately, when businesses get busy, they often don't prioritize customer service & quality anymore.
Best persian restaurant ever. Recommend strongly! Amazing food very good service professionnal & polite, very good atmosphere, very tasty & fresh made food! Didnt wait long food came & amazing taste best persian food ever since im here in canada 45 years never seen like this. Parking available very easy & very clean & nice decor.

The food quality is top-notch, with each dish bursting with flavor. The staff's warm welcoming made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, a delightful dining experience!
We went to this restaurant for lunch on February 9, 2024 & enjoyed the delicious food, the pleasant atmosphere, the excellent staff, & I recommend this excellent restaurant to everyone.
A very good surprise. Living in the area, didn't know we had that restaurant close by. The persian atmosphere is peaceful inside, the food is really good, the service is fast & the waiter is nice & discreet. Not a fancy restaurant with a fancy food which is PERFECT if you want to try something new & authentic. Definitely on my TOP 5 of my fav'.
Very good service & welcoming, foods are so delicious specially "Chenjeh" & "kebab Torsh". Parsa, Reza & lady were so professional & kind, they served the orders well & on-time...hope to see you guys soon again!
The ambiance was inviting & comforting! The staff (Mr.Parsa) was incredibly attentive, providing great service throughout the lunch. We ordered a mix grill & a lamb shank, kabobs were tender, lamb shank was tasty, & the rice was well prepared. However, I did not like the coriander seeds on the kabobs & the tahdigh was definitely not fresh!
