Would definitely go back for more, in future. Also quite a few gluten free options if you talk to the waiting staff. Update: returned after a year during our re-visit of Montreal & super happy again with the quality of the food, ambiance & service.
We got Toranj dish but the quality was not as good as the images, chicken koobide is not recommend
We ordered Kale Kebab, soup & Salad, ans Marinated Olives for starter. Kale kebab was absolutely tasty as it was marinated with pomegranate sauce. For the main course, we ordered Kebab koobideh which was very juicy & delicious. Overall food quality was high & the restaurant ambiance was nice. The service could have been better as there were only two personals with a lot of customers.
The food quality at BEHESHT is outstanding, & the service is exceptional! 🌟 It's definitely the best Persian restaurant in the city.👌🏻
Honestly one of my favorite restaurants to go to. The food quality is 5 star, the service is amazing & the restaurant coziness is great. You can bring a date, you can bring your family or you can come alone to eat. It hits every mark. The food is by far the best Persian food in the city.
Very high quality Persian cuisine. Quite satisfied with the food as well as the service & staff. Highly recommended.
I recommend this restaurant : 1) The service was good, fast, & appropriate 👌 2) The food quality was really good, I can say it was on top of what I expected. However, it would be excellent if the kebabs were more greasy 😉 3) The place is cozy with nice decorations 4) Most importantly, the prices are fair Overally you'll enjoy
Beef & Chicken Kabbab are good & a must try with herbal rice. 1st time we went there it was superb. Kishk beitenjan is quite tasty for an appetizer. 2nd time we were there 6 months later, however, the quality of food seems to have gone down significantly. The meat was not fresh, neither the chicken & tasted v ordinar. I will give it one more chance before I rule it out.
The food was really tasty & unique & the quality was pretty good! The combos don't seem like the best deals, our side ordered 5 plates & the other side ordered a 5 person plate. They paid quite a bit more than us but only had a bit more food. They also only had one extra meat compared to us. That said, the food was excellent & I'm looking forward to coming back to try more dishes. Also the lentil soup was spectacular!
The best choice if you want to try iranian dishes. 👏👏👏wish they'll keep the quality as it is...
I had heard a lot of praise about it, & finally, yesterday we went with friends. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. Both the food quality was low, & one of the staff's attitude wasn't good either. My friend & I had stomachache till today. We ate koobideh. Unfortunately, when businesses get busy, they often don't prioritize customer service & quality anymore.
The food quality is top-notch, with each dish bursting with flavor. The staff's warm welcoming made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, a delightful dining experience!
That was a great experience with high-quality food. The service was excellent, & we didn't have to wait long for an empty table! & our server, Parsa, was very friendly!
Very good quality & friendly stuff. Definitely, I will recommend this restaurant to my friend & others who ask me where the best Persian restaurant in Montreal is.
As an Iraninan (persian), I didn't like the restaurant. It's not a high-quality one, as I expected from reviews. The day after we had dinner in Behesht, all of us didn't feel very good. Maybe food was not fresh or something was wrong.
Pro: Great food Quality Very nice Persian-Style decoration (If you like these kind of decorations, I'd suggest visiting Toranj café as well) Con: Service could be bette
Every time we visit Montréal this place is definitely our number one stop for lunch. The food has a really good quality tasty & fresh. Highly recommended
