We found out on arrival that the kitchen's last call would be at 9:15 - not ideal for a BYOB AYCE experience…EXCEPT our server Ricky took the time to explain in detail how the chef could prepare a full course tasting menu & they could extend the kitchen's closing time by an extra 15min (we pushed it to 25min, but it didn't seem like too big of a deal). All in all we were very happy that we decided to stay & got to taste basically the whole menu, even if that last-call curated menu is a bit carb heavy. Big thanks to Ricky for his patience & understanding, & of course thank you to the kitchen staff for sticking around a few minutes longer for us!Voir plus
Je comprends que l'on veut éviter des gaspiller de l nourriture, mais les portions sont très petites. Le kimchi est servi dans un petit pot en plastique qui ne contient qu'une bouchée. Tout ca fait tres cheap. Le galbi était plein de bouts durs pas masticable. Seulement 1 des 3 serveuses étaient attentionnée. Le système d'aspiration d'air n'est vraiment performant. Il y a de la boucane la dedans & tes vêtements sentent vraiment fort en sortant de là. & pour couronner le tout, c'est sale. Les bouteilles d'eau sont graisseuses, les murs sont sales & toutes sorte d'affaires qui traine partout,. Des bac de vaisselles, des caisses de plastiques, des guenilles, des produits nettoyants que tu vois pas d'habitude dans la salle a manger..... On se croirait dans le back kitchen & encore. If I could rate in minus for this restaurant I would have. It's the 3rd time we went to this restaurant & every time we were told that kitchen is closing in 15 minutes. Restaurant's closing time is 10:30; we came at 9:30, they said we're closing in 15 minutes. Next time we came at 9, they said we're closing in 15 minutes. Today we came at 8:35 (to be exact) they said we're closing in 15 minutes. I asked the hostess what's the closing time for kitchen, & she said it's around 9:30 & I was like, it's just 8:30 & yes, the tables were empty. For a hungry customer who is willing to eat at you restaurant, pay for it & give good tips to the kind waiters serving us, it's very disrespectful to turn them away for the 3rd time. Honestly, everyone I know, I'm going to suggest them to never go to this place. If you guys don't want to accept the customers, why are you even open?
