Good place. Very traditional Lebanese. They explain every dish. Our bartender Joya was very nice. Made us Arak Rose. Also good variety of Lebanese wine. Very good. Highly recommend.
We had an amazing catering experience for our company event. Muhannad went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect, even taking care of beautiful decorations so everyone could enjoy the best experience.

Excellent restaurant & new discovery in Montreal! Apparently, they opened up just a few months ago, so kudos to the team! I took my lady there for Valentine's day & we took the tasting menu. The food was great: delicious flavours, generous quantities, all served in beautiful dishes to share. Every thing was authentic & well executed. I highly recommend!
One of the best dining experiences I've had! The food was absolutely delicious & full of flavor, & the service was truly amazing. The staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcome. It was my friend's birthday, & they surprised her with a delicious ice cream cake to celebrate, which made the night even more special. Highly recommend this place we will definitely be coming back!
Bayrut on William Street is a must. We went as two couples after hearing about it on social media & decided to try the full tasting menu: what a delight! Every plate captured the true essence of authentic Lebanese cuisine: perfectly cooked lamb, a colorful & fresh variety of salads, creamy hummus, & an exquisitely assembled dessert. Simple, flavorful, & done right. Highly, highly recommended.

If you're looking for real unapologetically authentic Lebanese food in Montreal, this place is it. Every single dish hits with the same quality, flavor & finesse you'd expect from top spots back home in Lebanon. Nothing misses.
The team is genuinely amazing warm, attentive, & they make you feel like you're eating at a family house. The drinks u'd think they seem only Creative but honestly addictive.
Highly recommend. this is one of those spots you visit once & immediately plan your next visit. & you want to to take all your friends & tell them this is how my grandma's food taste back home.
Wonderful 1st experience at Bayrut restaurant! The food is delicious, filled with amazing fresh flavours, very well presented & the servings are generous. Every member of the staff is devoted & very nice. The Chef came to talk to us as I wanted to thank him for his dedicated work. The music is festive & the place is very clean. We went for the tasting menu which is highly recommended. A lot of great appetizers but the stars were definitely the main dishes. We initially wanted to order the Mleheyee (lamb) but they had run out, & a new batch was going to take an hour or so. So we ordered the chicken Freekeh. To our surprise, they did manage to get us a small lamb plate for tasting & it was absolutely amazing! Overall a wonderful experience. Looking forward to trying your brunch!

Beautiful restaurant, beautiful atmosphere with the lighting & decoration. The food was absolutely wonderful.. Its fresh, flavourful & its BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED. The waitress & manager there was very welcoming. Chef was amazing as well! He came out to present himself. I could feel them putting so much passion into every dish. Overall a fantastic experience. Bayrut is more than just an authentic lebanese restaurant, it is a one-of-a kind dining experience. From the moment you walk-in to this place, you feel warmth & kindness.
They offer you a welcome trio that consists of freshly baked pita, that just came out of the oven. It is accompanied by delicious olives that are directly imported from Lebanon & home-made butter that I have never tasted anything alike previously. Their'Hummus Bayrut' is a must-try, it is very creamy.
It is very evident that the owners of this place worked tirelessly to come up with this gourmet menu. They take care of every detail from the decoration of the place to the food to the music playing in the background.
I am so happy I got to experience Bayrut & I am looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this resto to anyone looking for an awesome Lebanese meal. We pretty much ordered the entire menu, as we were many people & every dish was better than the other. The service was impeccable & the vibe was great on a Friday night. We can't wait to go back, we've discovered a gem in the heart of Griffintown!

They offer you to try olives, kichek akhdar & their special & secret recipe butter.
Awesome with hot bread
Salads:
Tabbouleh Spinach where spinach is mainly replacing the biggest portion of parsley delicious
The Bayrut salad with dried tomatoes & goat cheese is zesty & refreshing
The appetizers:
Hummus Bayrut : awesome creamy hummus with cashew & truffles
Lsanat: langues de boeuf wow smooth & tender
Ras asfour: filet mignon style beef with debes elremmen( sirop de grenadine)
The grilled octopus is soft & tender & melts. We had to order another one
Batata harra is a classic
Sambousek meat & cheese & kibbeh are also good for kids
Tried their brioche chicken with sumac
As main we recommend the Jarret Dagneau & Wine leaves
Jarret Dagneau is tender with tahini sauce & Bourgoul
Dessert the ice cream with Cotton candy & a base layer of knefeh/osmalyeh is a must
