PORTUS 360 - TOWARDS NEW HEIGHTS! After several years in the heart of the Portuguese neighborhood in Montreal, gourmet chef Helena Loureiro’s address is transported to new heights, at the junction of the Downtown, Old Montreal and Griffintown districts. We shall receive you in this beautiful place, HIGHLY colorful, located on the 30th and 31st floors at 777, Robert-Bourassa Boulevard. Thanks to an ingenious 360-degree rotation system, you will take a "tour" of the city that can be found nowhere else in the greater metropolitan area.
Portus 360 offers a unique dining experience characterized by its rotating floor, which provides guests with breathtaking panoramic views of Montreal. The restaurant is widely praised for its high-quality Portuguese cuisine, with highlights including fresh seafood, perfectly grilled meats, and thoughtful tasting menus that cater to special celebrations. While the atmosphere is generally described as elegant and memorable, guests appreciate the attentive, warm, and professional service provided by the staff, who frequently go out of their way to mark birthdays and anniversaries. Although finding the entrance can be a challenge for some visitors and minor inconsistencies in service speed or pricing for extras are occasionally noted, the majority of diners consider it a must-visit destination for those seeking an unforgettable meal in a spectacular setting.
After reading the mixed reviews, I decided to give it a try anyways....should of listened to the others. Service & atmosphere were great no issues, but the food was very disappointing.
We had..
Appetizers shrimp- it was over cooked & only tasted like butter no spices no Piri Piri as it claimed.
Octopus was cooked well & the puree was good.
Main course - Bacalhau a Brás it was not, it tasted off like it had cream & the cod seemed like it got forgotten in water for too long for the desalting practice.
Desserts were good & so we're the espressos. Over all experience was a let down

Tout était parfait! La bouffe délicieuse, service impeccable & sympathique & que dire de la vue 360!! Le tour complet de la rotonde prend 2h30, juste assez pour passer le souper à voir des vues différentes & saisissantes sur la ville! Juste wow! 🤩🤩
The restaurant is on the top of a building with a beautiful view over the city of Montreal, the Lawrence river & the bridges. The restaurant is revolving (turning slowly).
The food is excellent & the staff is great.
Attention: It is hard to find the entrance on the ground floor. The signs leading to the restaurant should be improved. Just ask for the way (up the elevators) at the reception desk at the entrance of the building.
Portus 360 is all about the experience -- the revolving dining room & full 360° view of Montréal add a special touch to any celebration. The table d'hôte was worth it, the food was great, & the service was attentive with just?right portions. The only surprise was that the bread - something typically complimentary in higher?end restaurants - came at an extra cost. That said, it was still worth ordering: fresh bread paired with chorizo spread, marinated olives, & Portuguese olive oil made it a memorable starter.
Overall, Portus 360 offers a beautiful setting, solid food, & thoughtful service, with just one small hiccup in the extras, which I can forego since they served the dessert with a twist for my son's birthday. Still, it's a place where the view, the experience, the service & the food make the visit feel special.
It was our first time trying Portus 360 & we really enjoyed our experience! The views were beautiful, the service was great & food was delicious.
For the appetizers, we got the grilled octopus & the beef filet mignon tartare which were both very good.
For the main courses, I got the seafood rice that I highly recommend if you love seafood! My boyfriend got the Portuguese-style beef sirloin which he really loved.
It was a wonderful experience, perfect for a couple date night.
