Portus 360 delivers a fine dining experience built around a rotating platform that reveals panoramic views of Montreal, paired with creative seafood dishes and a thoughtful tasting menu. While portions can run small and prices sit on the higher end, guests consistently note the quality, presentation and the memorable combination of view, flavor and refined hospitality.
I came with my family to celebrate a birthday, the service was quite slow but great for the most part, the food was okay & the atmosphere which is the element I trust most people come to experience was really great, except that an incident happened where one of the service members was asked to take a picture of us & was kind enough to do so, however had other intentions, cause few minutes after that as we were living one of us couldn't find their phone & after a lot of back & forth with their team they decided to check, & guess what it was the server who took our pic who had stolen it & i say steal cause he had already put it in plane mode so that we won't find it, so yeah do what you can with this info & i hope you guys, improve & do a whole background check before employing anybody.
I had a lovely dinning experience here, however there were a few details I feel could change to really elevate the experience.
The lighting is akin to a hospital. White overhead lights to not belong in any restaurant let alone one that is of this quality. Change the bulbs to a more yellow orange colour & dim them a tiny bit.
The menu looks really cheap, please consider a redesign. Same for the information under the art. A nice metal plaque instead of a stuck on paper would be a major improvement. Even laminated paper would be an improvement.
The food was good. We had some amazing dishes & some that's were okay.
The best was definitely the braised beef & the pineapple boudin.
The tartare sitting in a pool of oil was disappointing. I understand this is how they add the truffle flavour but I would recommend using truffle salt or turning that oil into a mayo.
Our server & the servers in general were lovely & provided excellent services.

Le Portus 360 est un restaurant très bien situé au centre ville de Montréal.
🩵La salle à manger Tourne durant le repas! Ça prend environ 2h15 pour faire une rotation de 360 🩵
Nous avons réservé une table pour quatre personnes 2 semaines d'avance.
Tout ce que nous avons mangé étaient excellent! Les portions sont bonnes.
Le service est excellent! Nous avons eu bien du plaisir avec les serveurs. Très bonne équipe.
Je me suis stationné dans un parking sous terrain.. l'entrée est juste avant le restaurant alors j'ai du refaire un tour de voiture pour le trouver. 🚗
Je recommande fortement cette endroit pour une expérience extraordinaire!
Je vais y retourner à 100%.

Fantastique expérience, pour les plats & le lieu. Un peu trop salé & un peu picant (à mon goût). Grands portions, bien présentées, très bon goût. Un belle découverte. Nous retournerons, sûrement. Nous avons commandé le service découverte, Beaucoup aimé.
We had the tasting experience thanks to our very nice & amazing hostess. View was amazing at sunset. Wine & drinks were fantastic & my wife said it was the best meal she has ever had.
Food, service, & quality. A fine dining experience which is different from what I've seen in Montreal with the 360 moving view. Highly recommend the oysters. One of the best oysters I had in Montreal yet.

Nous étions déjà venus en 2022 puis en 2023, & nous avons malheureusement constaté une baisse dans la qualité des plats lors de cette visite.
J'avais commandé le boeuf surlonge. Je l'avais demandé un peu plus cuit, mais il était tout de même très dur.
Mon conjoint a pris la souris d'agneau, qui contenait malheureusement beaucoup plus de gras que de viande, ce qui a rendu le plat peu agréable & peu rassasiant.
Les serveurs sont très sympathiques & la vue est magnifique, ce qui reste un vrai point positif.
Cependant, le plaisir dans l'assiette était clairement moins présent que lors de nos précédentes visites.
Magnifique restaurant avec une superbe vue & une belle ambiance. Le service était impeccable, les serveurs étaient très gentils. La nourriture était fraîche & délicieuse!
Excellent restaurant, great food as the manager & waiters made our gender reveal a unique experience. Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality & the octopus & beef was a 10/10 .

Ready Set Awesome.
celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary at this revolving restaurant. We chose the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing. Menu is Portuguese as is all 5 wines that came with the courses. All excellent! Comparable in pricing to other food & wine pairing places but portions & pours are generous. Flavours did not disappoint at all. Our server Antoine was the right amount of attentive. Time just flew by. Fantastic meal, wine & evening!
Strange ambiance, like the kind of spot that would be reserved for a conference. Touristy. Described to friends as the Temu version of what's pictured. The food was fine but not worth the price. There are better rooftops with better views & better food. Wouldn't really recommend.

Super restaurant , très bon , service vraiment bien a l'écoute la vue est vraiment bien ! L'entrée n'est pas facile à trouver mais ça va je recommande fortement !
Food was very good. Prices for portion & quality are on the higher end. Service was kind & friendly. The view is beautiful. The floor spins 360 in about 2 hours.
