Soirée parfaite en famille. Le service de Max est parfait en tout point. On se sent pris en charge du début à la fin. Avec un humour adapté à nos petits & avec quelques regards complices, il a su mettre toute la famille à l'aise. Une perle!

Me & my family visited from Niagara falls & found this beautiful location for us to eat. Food was amazing. I had ribs & the kids had chicken tenders everyone was pleased. Staff friendly & welcoming. 10/10 would come again.
I had the pleasure of dining at Baton Rouge, & I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service from the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the hostess, who quickly escorted us to our table. Our waiter, Jair, was both friendly & professional, immediately making us feel comfortable.
Every day is good but the best service is on Saturdays! The waitress named Mercedes is top-tier, she knows what she's doing & she makes the dining experience that much better. If you want good service then she's the one you want taking your orders.
Went for our 9yr old's birthday. Staff was very nice including our server Doan (sp??). Super friendly with our kids & went out of his way to get an off-menu item.

First time visiting the ville LaSalle location & it was a great experience from beginning to end. The hostess who sat us at our table was very nice & accommodating. Our waitress Tru was really helpful when deciding for our meals & providing an excellent service. We will definitely be going back!
The server was very friendly & nice, but the service was chaotic. One person took the orders, & 2 other people came to the table, yelling who ordered this & that. This is my biggest pet peeve when it comes to service. We ordered the beef rib & seafood papardelle. It lacked flavour, & we had to add salt & pepper. This is something that I never do!! The seafood was dry. Overall, it's not worth the money, in my opinion. We still left a 20$ tip, but that is because I have been in the industry & understand it was very busy, & servers work hard. I forgot to mention the manager came to our table to wish our b-day boy a Happy Birthday, & I found her very sweet.
Another amazing experience. The service was fantastic. Waitress Lena & the rest of the Baton Rouge staff were so welcoming to the family. Another Great experience. Was there last week & brought my family for lunch. Keep up the Great Experience. With this experience, it will at least once a week outing with the family Lena was such a sweet & kind waitress. We went to this wonderful Baton Rouge this Sunday. The restaurant was very busy. The hostess was so nice to us, & we ask for our favorite waiter, yoram. The steaks were as good as usual, & the ribs were perfect.

This has been my 4th time going with my girlfriend to this incredible restaurant. I had an amazing experience at Baton Rouge (Lasalle)! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was perfect, & the staff were incredibly friendly & attentive. The food was exceptional-every dish, from the appetizer to dessert, was full of flavour & beautifully presented. The Ribs & Santa Fe Chicken with the Grilled Tiger Shrimps was a standout, & the wine pairing was spot on. It was truly a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend it! Special thanks to Mercedes & Antoine for their standout service always ensuring we were well accommodated!
