Excellente expérience au Bar Dominion. L'ambiance est chaleureuse & élégante, parfaite pour une soirée entre amis ou un rendez-vous. Les cocktails sont vraiment bien exécutés, avec une belle attention aux détails. Le service est rapide, professionnel & très accueillant. On sent la qualité autant dans les boissons que dans la nourriture. Je recommande fortement - j'y retournerai sans hésiter!
Amazing experience at Bar Dominion. The atmosphere is warm & stylish, perfect for a night out or a date. The cocktails are crafted with great attention to detail & taste incredible. Service was fast, professional, & very friendly. You can really feel the quality in both the drinks & the food. Highly recommend - I'll definitely be back!
Omggg the food was so good & oysters served from the bar. The staff seem really cool too! Lol felt like I made friends they way we kept moving conversations! Definitely going back. But let me say... The inside looks soo beautiful!! Felt like I was living my best life in a movie. Definitely recommend!!
Toute une expérience. L'endroit a un charme incroyable, la cuisine y est excellente le service impeccable & une ambiance de feu avant la game des canadiens! Je recommande fortement!
Le restaurant est jolie mais le service n'étais pas rapide .
J'ai prit le tartare de boeuf & commander du pain en extra.
Le tartare n'étais malheurement pas de mon gout mais les calamars étaient bon.

I had dinner at Bar Dominion & it turned out to be a great experience. The highlight of the night was definitely the $1 oysters-we couldn't resist & ordered a couple dozen. Fresh & well worth it.
I also tried the deviled eggs topped with caviar (my first time trying caviar). They were good, though a bit on the salty side. I actually preferred the other fish roe on top-the larger orange ones-which added a really nice texture & flavor. The caviar itself was subtle since there wasn't much of it.
The standout dish for me was the tuna tataki. It was absolutely amazing-lightly seared raw tuna over a miso vinaigrette, topped with greens (likely seaweed) & cucumber. I would go back just for that dish alone.
We sat at the bar & got to watch the mixologists in action, which was a great experience. The staff were a 10/10-friendly, warm, professional, & very attentive without being overbearing.
Overall, a fantastic spot. I'd definitely come back.
I've been here 3 times now & find it amazing! For the food quality & ambience, I think the prices are great. The ambience & service are also amazing. I've been here with family, friends, & most recently for my birthday with a larger party. The times with family & friends were very good but my birthday dinner stood out. The bar was great with the allergy in the party, the service was attentive, & they were responsive to my requests to pre order & pay in advance. Everyone had an amazing time & & everyone at the bar made organising the dinner easy. Thank you!
Très belle place à découvrir. Les huitres sont délicieuses.. Moi j'ai pris le cheese burger sur la coche.. Ambiance très bien... C'est certain que j'y retourne bientôt.. !!!

Absolutely gorgeous, old-money, roaring 20's decor. It's lovely, & just before a Habs game, very likely.
I made a reservation for 18:15 but the place was just booming. We ended up sharing a table with others, no big deal.
Great classic cocktails, sometimes with a twist. My +1 ordered a dirty martini, the menu said they added sage, but we didn't taste any (maybe they don't add it to the vodka version). My Tuxedo #2 was fragrant & flowery, as expected.
We decided to try the party platter, where you get to try a few appetizers (see the photo). Everything was good, I liked the oriental style ribs, fried halloumi & tasty sauces.
Service was fine, even during the pre game rush.
It's definitely not a cheap date place. It's a dress up, go all out Great-Gatsby-style kind of place.
We really enjoyed it.
Don't come here if you want to enjoy your night. First, we didnt quite like the food. The quantity & quality both not satisfying. Server are too busy as well. As it wasn't an enjoyable meal, we didn't tip. Server got aggressive & gave attitude. Avoid at best.
Great atmosphere & excellent cocktails. I visited on a Friday night & wasn't aware that reservations were required; however, the team quickly accommodated us, which was greatly appreciated.
The service was attentive, & the cocktails were exceptionally well crafted.
The ambiance was vibrant, with great music that really elevated the experience.
