Really disappointing Ca Phe (was condensed milk even in it). The chicken satay banh mi was very plain tasting & had minimal amounts of ingredients (veggies, cilantro, etc.).

Great & tasty sandwiches. The staff is super welcoming & quick! I ordered the satay chicken & its really good! Definitely recommend.

Stopped in for a quick sandwich to go. The prices are very reasonable & the sandwich is filling for one. Ordered the satay & pork to share, both were pretty good. The pork but a bit dry, but the sauce on the chicken satay was amazing. Lemonana was tart but very good.
Staff were super nice & efficient. Service was fast & order was done in 5 minutes. Will be back!
