We went to Bangkok Express & overall had a great experience.
The atmosphere is really nice, with a warm & lively vibe, & the prices are very reasonable, especially for the variety offered on the menu.
Food-wise, it was a good mix:
• The spring rolls & tom yum soup were excellent, full of flavor & very satisfying
• The pad thai was very good, although just a little on the oily side
• The fried rice was good, but not particularly memorable
• Cocktails were nice, but slightly on the sweeter side
Service was smooth & the overall experience was very enjoyable.
In short, a solid & satisfying spot with great value for money. We'll definitely be back.
We ordered Thai red curry soup & crispy dumplings to start with, the soup was way too watery & lacked flavor. I had to pour some of the dipping sauce that came with the dumplings into the soup.
We ordered the choo-chee fish, Thai red curry with shrimp & beef udon. I made the mistake of asking them to make the food spicy, it was so spicy that we were crying, & we can handle spice. Also, there is no rice with the curries, so you have to order them separate which obviously cost more. The portion of ice-cream (which we got because of the food being overly spicy) was also too small for the price. The Thai milk tea was my savior.
This was my 4th time going to this restaurant, I don't know if I might be going back.

Service was too rapid. Tge mango & papaya salad was decent. The other dishes quite ordinary. The green curry chicken had an unpleasant flavor. The servers were very pleasant.
Bangkok Express was such a surprise for me. I didn't think much of it every time I've been passed it. But I'm so, so glad that I've found it. I often find myself thinking about the food here, & it's been quite a while since I've visited.
The food was absolutely delicious. It has very authentic Thai flavors. The fish that I had was so, so good. It was slightly spicy, full of flavor, so soft & tender. I want to eat it again.
The service was very friendly & fast. The atmosphere gave more of a tropical bar type of vibe, but also very homey. It was nice.

The staff were friendly & attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. As for the food-it was exceptional! Each dish was bursting with authentic flavors, perfectly balanced with fresh ingredients & spices. We ordered Imperial roll, spring roll, dimpsums, general bbk, Udon noodles & Green curry. Whether you're a fan of Thai cuisine or new to it, this restaurant offers an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy top-notch Thai food!"
I was worried about the reviews, but it turned out to be great. Food tasted just like when I was in Thailand Spices sauces all balanced flavors & actually delicious. We tried the udon noodles & shrimp fried rice. Warm & cosy place Definitely coming back
I had an incredible dining experience at this Thai restaurant! The food was bursting with authentic flavors, & the presentation was exquisite. The staff was attentive & friendly, creating a warm atmosphere. I can't wait to return for more delicious Thai cuisine!

Everything was really tasteful with every bite you can taste the wonderful mix of the flavors. I order an entree & a main dish both came out of the kitchen still fuming everything tasted fresh. I can't believe I never had the chance of visiting this place before.
I can't forget the staff, super friendly & thoughtful. I was not sure what to order & they recommended food for me, which I did not regret. Thank you Ajin, Jenny & Lina for your help!
