Good local organic store. Helpful staff overall & knowledgeable staff in the supplement department. Some of the cashiers look too miserable to be there & couldn't be bothered to greet or look at you while serving you.

Magasin infesté de cafards & a en croire les commentaire la situation dure depuis un an ! Quand est-ce que ce sera adressé ? C'est un gros souci d'hygiène

Si je n'avais pu mettre aucune étoile je l'aurais bien fait.
La place est remplie de coquerelles
Le plancher en est infesté & on me répond que c est parce que la femme de ménage n'est pas passé….
J'en ai compté plus d'une dizaine dans une même allée.

Merci Alexandra au département santé ! Elle est vraiment experte, elle a pris le temps de m'écouter, de comprendre mes besoins & de bien me conseiller. Grâce à elle, j'ai acheté une nouvelle protéine, des oméga-3, un nouveau collagène & du magnésium.

I really like coming to shop here. The points program also makes the experience even more rewarding & motivating

This store has so many vegan grocery options: cheeses, meats, yogurt, frozen. Really good selection.

At the bistro they have so many vegan options: croissants, spiced cake, wraps, sandwiches etc.

There's a seating area & the music inside the store is pleasant.

The staff are friendly.

Really nice store, will definitely come again!

Customer service is consistently condescending & rude, & the space is often unclean. If you have access to another store for your organic/specialty foods, I would recommend going elsewhere.

j'aurais bien aimé cette place parce que c'est tout près de chez moi , j'ai connue Avril au carrefour 10/30 qui était merveilleux dans tout les domaines
mais ici celui de Griffintown est pas acceptable

That said, I'm hoping this gets the attention of management in order to garner real change: why is the piping hot rotisserie chicken packaged in plastic?

At high temperatures, plastics can leach harmful, toxic compounds into food, which feels at odds with a store that positions itself around health & wellness - especially at this price point.

It seems like a small operational choice, but it sends a bigger message. I'd love to see Avril take the lead here with more thoughtful, health-conscious (& environmentally responsible) packaging.

Flagging this because I care, & because this is the kind of detail that would truly set you apart.
