From July 14th to 19th, 2026, Le 9e will once again host Parisian Bouillon Week, bringing the charm and tradition of France's iconic bouillon restaurants to the heart of Montreal.
Set within the stunning Grand Hall of Le 9e at Montreal's Eaton Centre, this six-day culinary event celebrates approachable French comfort food in a spectacular Art Deco setting. Chefs Liam Hopkins and Derek Dammann have created a menu inspired by classic Parisian bouillons while showcasing ingredients sourced from Quebec.
Guests can enjoy a variety of traditional dishes, including eggs mayonnaise, garlic escargots, country pâté, white pudding with lentils, skate wing meunière, steak and fries, and a selection of timeless French desserts. Wine carafes will also be available, helping recreate the relaxed and social atmosphere that has made bouillons a beloved institution in France.
Originally created in working-class Paris neighborhoods during the 19th century, bouillons became gathering places where people from all walks of life could enjoy satisfying meals at affordable prices. That same spirit of hospitality and accessibility is at the heart of this annual event.
