Love this place. I manage to find almost everything I need for a reasonable price. Everything being organic is an added benefit. Super grateful for having such a wide variety of organic clean products in one place.

C'est une bonne initiative, la existence d'un endroit où trouver produits bio, cependant j'y suis allé pour acheter 3 articles & il n'y avait pas aucun des trois en stock, en plus j'ai acheté une autre chose & ils ne m'ont pas laissé payer avec mon carte Amex, c'est pas bon; personne devrait me dire avec quel entreprise de carte crédit je dois faire mes affaires, je me suis fait obligé à payer avec une autre carte. Mais quand même c'est une beau place.

I visited this store for the first time today, & initially I was really impressed by the variety of products & how clean everything was. The girl who was restocking the milk was also super sweet & friendly.

However, my experience at the cash was quite disappointing. The lady at the checkout was extremely slow & seemed to pay very little attention to the customers. I'm not sure, but I had the impression that she might have been scanning customers' bills for store credit, because I didn't receive my receipt, & neither did the customer before me. I found this quite unusual & concerning.

Arrivée 22h45 pour des bananes, rendu proche des caisses en regardant certains produits, le manager français s'introduit brusquement avec attitude, en me disant on ferme. L'heure était à 22h48. Je lui réponds sur l'horaire c'est 23h , il me répond à cette heure - là, y'a plus personne. À revoir vos pratiques de service à clientèle & de l'expérience client. Je suis sortie a 22h52!

Grocery store that aims to be a little upscale though the place decoration feels somewhat cheap. The coffee & pastries are barely acceptable, the food on display seems to have stayed there for a few years, arguably the least appetizing presentation possible (plastic clingerap, soggy fries, outdated arugula, etc), attached picture speaks for itself, there is a lot to be improved.

Prix raisonnable & produits de qualité.

J'ai remarqué un truc :
Je prends chaque jour un espresso de Très bonne qualité avec un très bon prix qu'on trouve pas dans des grandes surfaces.

Nous sommes clients reguliers depuis l'ouverture mais nous n'y retournerons plus. 4 fois en 2 semaines que nous avons des produits perimés. Cette semaine, un paquet de jeunes pousses, à 10$, qui a tenue 1 journee. Ensuite, nous avons dû les jeter. Ensuite, des plats preparés, comme les macaronis chinoises ou autres, qui sentait le pourrie, immangeable! Ça sent la rembale ou autre chose. Quand tu payes plus cher, tu t'attends à mieux, pas du pourrie. 4$ la baguette industrielle aussi..Absolument déçu & écoeuré. & personne n'a l'air concerné de cela la bas. Dommage.

Decent store pretty solid food but it's like nobody in this store even knows the products they are selling.

Many times I come n ask what's this brand. Whats in this ingredients wise etc. & I get a lot of'I don't know. I think it's this. I'm not sure.' Answers

Especially around the Sandwich bar a lot of incompetence behind there

There's a few people that work behind there when I see them I say thank God they're working today & then there's a few other others when I see working & I say oh God no lmao.

Overall decent store just wish employees knew more about there products

Good local organic store. Helpful staff overall & knowledgeable staff in the supplement department. Some of the cashiers look too miserable to be there & couldn't be bothered to greet or look at you while serving you.
